One patio has an outdoor bar with a sink and there is a large cookpot and burner under the counter for Crab, Shrimp or Crawfish Boils - THIS MUST BE DONE UNDER THE HOUSE! As well, there is Teak Patio furniture: Table with 4 chairs, 3 chaise loungers, 3 half chaise chairs and a patio set of furniture for the other covered patio. All patios have two Yamaha speakers - be mindful of the neighbors. As well, the downstairs is equiped with a built in picnic table that can seat 12. There are speakers downstairs as well for your listening pleasure. As well, there is a built in horse shoe pit in the front yard.
