This house is located in the best area for anyone looking to enjoy downtown St. John's! It is walking distance from Downtown restaurants, shops, nightlife and even the venue center Mile One! If you prefer to stay in, the large kitchen and comfy big couch make for the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Footsteps from all of that Downtown St. John's has to offer. This house is just a couple minutes walk to restaurants, shops, nightlife and Mile One.
The main floor features open concept kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of seating at the dining table (6 spots, bench not pictured) as well as bar seating at the large kitchen island. On the main floor there is also a convenient placed half bath and access to back deck and backyard.
Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and main bathroom. The master features a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite with waterfall shower.
Located close to Metrobus stops and has off and on street parking available.

Place and location were absolutely fantastic. We did have a few concerns and questions… The air conditioning was insanely loud - so much so, it made it difficult to hang out in the common area. Also, the heating was running simultaneously and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. I reached out 6 times (over the course of our 5 night stay) asking for assistance and received zero response. Also reached out asking for specifics on check out process - no response. This was quite frustrating. Overall our stay was good, but it was really disappointing and frustrating that I got zero response to my questions and inquiries.
