Was as pictured and pitched. The host was great with communication leading up to and during stay. Wonderful access and proximity to the beach and walkable Speedway for any immediate basic needs. Is right on highway, which was very noisy through night, but out of property control.

There truly aren’t words to explain how perfect this place was for my family of 4. The views were amazing, the beach was perfect. My kids loved the pool too! We had everything we needed! This place was so good to us and we can’t wait to be back next year.

The host was the best I ever rented from. They acuttaly called me a few days before we arrived to see if they could do anything. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall, a lovely place. Clean, beautiful view, great location, well supplied. Just a couple issues to mention. We had trouble getting the key pad to work all week. The AC is very loud- not in a malfunctioning way, just loud. Not sure what to do about that other than replace it with a quieter unit. The king bed mattress is very worn down and should be replaced. The pull out sofa was also very squeaky. Our kids don't weigh much so they didn't make much noise but for an adult, it would be impossible to sleep on. Another review mentioned spiders at the back door and deck, which is true. We cleaned them off a couple times a day and they just kept coming back. Not a cleanliness thing- there's just a lot of little spiders.With all that said, we would definitely stay here again.

Beach view as great. Good location. Place was spotless. Unfortunately, the keypad entry system didn't work for us. Luckily the customer assistance got us in using the key. The other issue was the tv system. The HDMI2 in the main room was not accessible. Otherwise, great experience.

Great location and very clean

Trip was a girls getaway for me and my two girlfriends. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the bay from the balcony was perfect for sunsets and being able to walk downstairs to the beach was amazing. Property contact (Troy) was super responsive with great communication. Would definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and the host couldn’t have been better! He was always reaching out making sure everything was ok and was always quick to respond. Beautiful property and was just as described. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Communication with the rental agency was great. Steps from the beach and very peaceful. Did hear some street noise but quieted down around 8:00 pm. No problem for us. Would definitely recommend for a getaway for 2 people. It did have a sleeper sofa for added guests.
