**Kingston Dunes 78**

New to the rental market in 2024, this charming little
home offers families a private pool and golf course views.
Spend time in either the vaulted living room or the den,
enjoy the screened in porch, or soak up the sun on the back
deck, or in the private pool!

If you'd like to get out of the house, there are miles of bike
paths that wind their way past Live Oak trees draped
with Spanish Moss and Lagoons where you will find
Alligators basking in the sunshine. In addition, the Shipyard
beach club is a short walk (10 min) or bike ride away. This house
is ideal for one large family, or two families looking
to vacation together. Pet friendly - Dogs Only!!
