This 3BR/2.5BA (Sleeps 9; 2K, 1Q, 1 Daybed w/trundle & 1 Futon) townhome, nestled amidst the iconic live oaks and palmettos of Edisto, promises a tranquil retreat for couples or small families. With a newly updated interior, fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living area with a large Smart TV, every detail has been carefully considered. Enjoy wildlife views from the sunroom overlooking the lagoon, where herons, turtles, and egrets abound. The cozy loft, equipped with a queen bed, serving as the third bedroom is perfect for relaxation.

Your stay includes an array of amenities - from outdoor pools and fitness centers to tennis courts and mini-golf. Explore the charm of the Lowcountry with easy access to bike paths, the public 18-hole golf course, local restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Spring break

Wonderful stay! This place was fully stocked with everything you could imagine in the kitchen! Beds were comfy. Furnishings were newly updated. Layout had a great flow. Sweet neighborhood great for walking, running and biking.

Very comfortable & nicely decorated

Was a very nice place and very comfortable. Only thing I could mention is regarding the king size bed in the guest room (2twin beds put together). One side was noticeably sunk in from the other. But overall was a great place to stay and would stay there again

Great Stay in Edisto

Well stocked unit, lots of space. Really enjoyed having the amenities (pools, basketball court) pass as part of the package. Great area for bike riding. Those in guest bedroom did state that 2 twin bed/together for king was not comfortable and really wished it was a standard queen or king (as noted by prior guests). Also felt like living room furniture and rug had a fair amount of pet hair on them—otherwise unit was very clean and well supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable stay

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for the week. The beds were comfortable even though one mattress was clearly two twin mattresses as stated in another review. Check-in, check out, and communication with Carolina One was convenient and our requests for items and assistance were handled quickly. The pool/gym/cabana pass are included in this unit which was a bonus! We enjoyed the pool at Marsh Point which was about a half mile walk. We would definitely stay in this unit again when visiting Edisto!
