Make yourself at home in this brilliant 4 bedroom , pet friendly (with small pet fee) Edisto Beach retreat. Everything you need in a home away from home . Well stocked with linens included. With 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 full bed and twin daybed in bedroom 2, and twin bunks along with a single bed in bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed decorated in a coastal theme. This home has a phenomenal space for guests to relax with lower level screened porch, outdoor shower, and fenced back yard. Enjoy an updated hvac unit , 2 full baths with tub/ shower, and hair dryers, towels and linens provided. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located on main floor of then home with laundry supplies provided. A short 2 minute walk to direct beach access # 12. A golf cart is also onsite for convenience, but not guaranteed ( there is always a chance an issue could require maintenance). We think our place will help you experience everything Edisto Beach has to offer. Minimum age for rentals of this property is 25 (you may be asked to verify age of renter) and absolutely no adult renting for underage guests! Absolutely NO SMOKING!

The property is ideally located on Edisto Island, close and convenient to state park, shops, etc. The rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location again. Also, the added golf cart was a plus.

We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful, clean, and dog friendly! It is the perfect home away from home. The beach is very near and we enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Perfect Edisto Beach House

We love Edisto and had a great stay, loved the house. Andrea was a great host and communicated throughout the stay. The location was perfect and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The back yard is fenced which was easy to let our dog out We would love to stay again

House was perfect for my family! My kids are all grown and our family friends have a 1 year old. House is updated, clean, well maintained, plenty of sleeping options, and the gold cart was a very nice bonus! Location was perfect! It was a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We had a really wonderful and memorable time and will stay here again!

The location was great! It is a short walk to the beach. The home needs some upgrades and better cleaning services. So much food was left in the frig and freezer, it was as if someone was living there. The host was really friendly.

I am very surprised at the review left by this guest . In my welcome guide, I explain that this is our family home that we use ourselves, but are excited to share with others. I spoke with this guest during the stay , and the refrigerator concern was never mentioned. There is one grocery store on the island, and we encourage our guests to leave any items that may be helpful to the next guest (condiments etc ). It is also important to us that guests communicate and follow house rules and pet policies that are listed . We share our home through various platforms, and have had nothing but 5 star reviews ! The photos, location, pricing, and previous positive feedback ratings speak for the home .

We live in upstate SC, and fell in love with the low country when our daughter attended MUSC dental school. We continue to travel to the area as we visit our youngest son at The Citadel. We purchased or own piece of the low country to enjoy with our three children and family, and are happy to share our home with guests when we aren’t enjoying it ourselves.

Edisto Beach is the epitome of low country relaxation! We love the short walk from our home to the beach, and the family atmosphere of Edisto.

We have tried to think of everything that a family would need for a great week or weekend at the beach. The short walk to the beach and a golf cart for an evening ride around the island is our favorite feature.
