Wonderful stay in Manhattan!

We loved staying at this property because it was roomy and had a balcony! It was very clean and the decor was very modern. I would absolutely stay there again, just be ready to climb some stairs!

Photos are Attractive But Don't Tell the Story About This Apt !

The property is unattractive from the outside and the facade in need of restoration. There was construction debris and large plastic garbage bins adjacent to the property.This is a 3rd floor WALK UP, not clearly revealed in the description until my credit card was charged and then a fuller description given. One of the Occupants is partially disabled and three flights of stairs was a SERIOUS challenge!! Mattress on the bed was awful; restful sleep was impossible ! Roaches had the run of the Apt despite Owner's claim that the exterminator had visited just the day before. Day 2 while we were away from the Apt the Owner disposed of the dead roaches around the floor and called in his exterminator a 2nd time. However, roaches came out of hiding the night of Day 2, and there were MORE dead roaches on the floor the next morning Day 3! Owner provided a foam layer over the mattress which hardly made the bed more comfortable. The air conditioner didn't work very well; made a lot of noise and hardly cooled the Apt. The living room furniture and other furnishings was CHEAP !! The mattress was pathetic! We paid for four nights but vacated the Apt after three nights. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VACATION RENTAL.

Above my imagination

Flat was perfect, could not of wanted any more. Easy to get to transportation and tons of restaurants in neighborhood. Owner was available if needed. We will be coming back in next vacation.

Needs work

Owner is a nice guy and willing but needs help figuring out how to furnish a rental. For example, no shelves or drawers for clothes, no microwave. Location good, and bones of apt nice but everything was shabby( eg. cheapest type of towels, sheets, etc).
