* Relax in this stylish, luxurious home created for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

* Prime location close to downtown Chandler and Tempe with an abundance of great restaurants, attractions and shopping in the area.
* Easy access to 101 and I60 freeways.
* Fast speed wireless internet.
The space
-Open spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and natural lighting. Featuring unique local art, a ROKU TV, bluetooth soundbar and a comfy sleeper couch, chair and dining area. Just replaced the couch with a new larger couch with an ottoman that is super comfortable!
-Modern open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and high end cookware/pots/pans. Reverse osmosis UV drinking water system. Brita water filter.
-Spacious bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and a shower filter for a spa- like shower experience.
-Spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, comfy king memory foam mattress, full length mirror, a dedicated work area and walk in closet.
-Back bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, a reading nook and sky windows with blackout shades.
-Both rooms have USB ports bedside. Just added wireless iphone/Apple watch/Airpod charging stations bedside.
-Private laundry room with full size LG washer/dryer in the home.
-Private garage access below with direct access into the home.
-Private outdoor balcony patio/lounge area.
