SINCE THE COVID, ALL SAFETY CLEANING RULES ARE APPLIED, MANAGE BY PROFESSIONAL AND SUPERVISE BY OUR CONCIERGE AGENCY.

You will feel home in our cherished and authentic house fully renovated in 2015 with charm and passion.
3 floors with a full convivial living and dining room, and 4 cozy bedrooms on the other two levels. Two comfortable and highly practical bathroom (1 with a walk-in shower, the other one with a angle tub).

The construction is dated 1780, it has been totally renovate in 2015 to a high quality and comfort level with the aim to keep its cachet, and includes heated floor, WiFi and cable TV.

A stove, a warm decor and a fully equipped kitchen and other facilities will offer you full practicality and a real mountain experience.
Ideal for couples with children the configuration of the house provides privacy and independence for all with a well planned functionality and corners to relax.
Linen can be arranged upon request as well as baby cot.

Surrounded with beautiful walks and trails for all levels in the summer in the Vanoise National Park, and in winter walking distance (about 500 m to the lift cabins) to the ski slopes of Paradiski, one of the largest domains in the region.

More than a ski holidays it will be a unique experience of an authentic Savoyard village life filled with convivial restaurants and well catered shops for a perfect convenience to live your entire stay without even the need to use cars or transportation.

Beautiful renovated chalet

We had a very pleasant stay!Very convenient house with everything you need. Denis is a very helpful host.A decent walk to the telecasting. You should try to get ski lockers underneath the telecabin. Lovely village with everything you need.

Chalet rénové avec goût et classe le tout avec accueil chaleureux

Tout juste revenu de notre séjour au Sapé, nous sommes 4 couples d'amis unanimes: ce chalet est pratique, classe et spacieux. La rénovation à été pensée pour nous faire passer des vacances apaisantes et cela se ressent. En effet, à la chaleur du feu de bois on peut ajouter la convivialité du coin repas, la cuisine très complète et la praticité des zones communes: salle deau, buanderie, entree genereuse pour les affaires de ski! La très bonne organisation est complétée par le mail très détaillé que nous avons reçu qq jours avant le début du séjour. Rien n'est laissé au hasard. Cela ne nous a valu que (trop) peu d'échange avec les propriétaires à l'image de ce chalet. Courtois et distingués qui assurent le service même une fois rentrés chez nous, en nous envoyant un vêtement oublié sur place! Prestations haut de gamme! Merci à vous, Denis & Jenny!

Le paradis en montagne

Un endroit parfait, une maison/chalet rénovée récemment avec des matériaux de toutes grandes qualités confère à ce lieux un cachet et une "classe" hors du commun. Mais en plus, le soin apporté à la déco et l'équipement(ultra ultra complet) du logement rendent le séjour inoubliable!!! si la météo est de la partie( ce qui fut notre cas) le jardin, la terrasse et le balcon complète le tout, avec une vue: ouahouah... FABULEUX, allez y, vous ne pouvez pas être décus!!!
