The apartment was fine for two very basic dudes. Even so, the pull out couch was uncomfortable, a metal bar punching through the middle, found a large long hair in the tub, beds not made, sheets still the washer, dishes still in the dishwasher. Cut my finger opening the drawer for utensils. Sharp knives with spatulas in a small drawer - not a good idea. If you have kids, don’t stay here. Hot tub had murky water and mild. Overall of the places I’ve stayed, not great and not something I’d recommend. Location is good is about the best I’d say.
Good property, very clean and comfortable. Wish there was more direction on where the building was and where to park, had a difficult time finding the unit.

The bed in this unit needs to be replaced. I don't think you ought to rent this unit until the bed gets replaced my wife and I were there for our anniversary and we had laid on top of each other for 3 nights. It was terrible. We tried turning the mattress.No, it has to be replaced or I would take it off the rental for now

It was a little difficult to locate the unit at night. Upon arrival, we learned that there was no AC available (just be aware if booking in the summer months). We also did not have WiFi in the unit. It says there is WiFi available, but upon inspecting the router there was no internet cable connected; therefore the network could not be found or connected to. It is a very welcoming and quiet spot & looked just like the pictures.

It fit our needs. We weren’t there except to sleep. The sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when I opened it up☹️there were clean sheets there so I changed them.

The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. This particular room 3302 is by the pool and metal triangle on top of the building, just to help the next people who stay.
The apartment was clean. However, we reviewed no info of gate code. No info on the door code or for the locked key. Once I got the code for the door. The code did not work. Finally I got the code for the key box. It took me 30 minutes to get into the apartment. The living room ceiling fan did not work. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The mattress needs replaced because it sunk in the middle. The hot tub was out of order. To top it off it was on the third floor and all stairs. It took me 30 minutes just to find the right building I was staying in. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Very disappointed.

Our problem was minor but we still had trouble communicating with anyone managing the condo. We had no internet and each time we tried to find the network, it could not be located. I was about to text with someone who was part of the company but not local. They just asked me to unplug and plug in the router 3 times. When that didn’t work, they said they would get someone locally!to contact us….no one ever did the whole 48 hours we were there.One TV worked because it was set to a different condo’s router and we couldn’t get the other tv to work because we had no internet.
