The unique design of the Getaway Cabin allows you to enjoy an indoor/outdoor living experience, perfect for eating, relaxing, and reconnecting with your friends and family. Our getaway cabins are only steps away from the spring-fed Geronimo Creek, where you can swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard or just sit back and relax.

Each Getaway Cabin comes fully furnished with 2 Queen size beds and 1 Twin Daybed comfortably sleeping 5 guests. They also come equipped with a private detached bathroom, Smart TV, and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Outside enjoy your spacious entertainment and cooking area with a personal charcoal BBQ pit, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and comfortable sitting area!

PETS: Pets are not allowed at Geronimo Creek Retreat.

Below are the outlined fees: a. Non-registered Pet: The charge is $200 per pet & the pet(s) must be removed from the property immediately. b. Broken/Missing Dishes: Up to $100c. Dirty Dishes Left in Unit: $75d. Unit/RV Site left with trash: $75e. Pillow Replacement: $45f. Linen Replacement: Up to $150g. Towel Replacement: $25 each h. There is NO SMOKING in the Unit. If we find any evidence of smoking inside the unit, the Responsible Party will be fined: $200 minimum i. Griddle/Hot Plate Replacement: $80j. HDMI Replacement: $20k. 40-inch TV Replacement: $250l. DVD Player Replacement: $60m. Broken Furniture: Up to $900n. Appliance Replacement: Up to $900o. Pots & Pans Replacement: Up to $100
QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are 11 pm - 7 am Please remember the following guidelines regarding noise: No loud music, loud talking, or excessive noise is permitted after 11:00 p.m. If a tenant violates the quiet hours and a refund needs to be provided to other guests, the tenant will be charged the total amount of the refund. Violators may be asked to leave the property and will not receive any refund.
OTHER RULES: Fireworks and open flames outside of fire or barbecue pits are prohibited. Outdoor grilling and marshmallow roasting is allowed only in designated pits. Please be respectful of the neighboring guests and their property. Trespassing is not allowed on neighboring property. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees when above 90 degrees to avoid freezing the units. Our septic system is sensitive! Do not put paper towels, hygiene items, diapers, grease, chemicals, or other harsh items in the toilets. Smoking inside is not permitted. If we find any evidence of smoking inside the home, the Responsible Party will be fined $200 (two hundred dollars).
