Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Enjoy the beautiful views of the Guadalupe River from this AMAZING 2nd floor 3/2 condo located at Village at Gruene condominiums with direct river access! Just a short walk to the historic Gruene Hall! This 3 bedroom/2-bathroom unit sleeps 8 guests. It has a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room! The master has a private bathroom, and the guest bathroom is in the hallway conveniently located right across from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. You'll feel right at home in the cozy living room and gorgeous kitchen equipped with all your appliances and utensils! Spend lazy afternoons enjoying your peek-a-boo view of the Guadalupe River from the balcony.

There is a tube rental company called Rockin' R only 1/4 miles away. Don't miss out on all the wonderful things Gruene has to offer within walking distance of the condo! Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay and enjoy the river views from your private balcony! The only thing missing is you!

The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoors of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Clean. Elevator was great since the unit is on the 2nd floor. Nice balcony overlooking the river. Would definitely rent again, although the unit does need updating.

This condo was the perfect size and a great location! We were able to comfortably sleep six people, and the unit was clean and well supplied. It was within a 5-10 minute walk from anything in downtown Gruene, including tube rental companies. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return for future trips!

Reviewer Comments: Our girls trip was amazing and the condo was roomy and we loved the balcony that overlooks the river below.The only (small) issue that we had, was the shower curtain in the master would NOT stay up (not really a big deal), so we just showered in the front bathroom.
