Pinecone Palace is a studio apartment in the Bear Necessities property. These accommodations are a group ranging in size and price. Five of the six cottages have kitchens and private baths. We have one dry cabin that has a shared bath house that also contains a coin laundry. We welcome children and pets and love to help with your planning! Located just minutes from town you are close enough to all the action without feeling like you are in the action. Hiking, fishing, boat tours and much more are minutes away. Owners live on site and are ready to welcome you to Seward!

First off, add stated no additional charges on advertised price, then after we booked we were charged a vrbo fee, then tax, and a cleaning fee for additional 200.00 Sent email questioning additional charges, never received a response. Unit was clean but couple issues I will mention, as in no where to hang clothes, no where to put suitcases except on floor. It did have a small table that two stools fit under, wife used it to put her suitcase on, no chairs so we brought in a table from the porch that had two chairs with it to use as a sitdown eating table. Need to bring extra blankets, diesel heater worked and kept it warm but signage about heater sounded like you should not mess with controls. Overall it was a place to shower and sleep.

Wow, first off, you booked through a third party. If they have fees, it shouldn't effect my rating. Taxes??? Those are self explanatory. Second, all of the pictures are clear and true on the listing. It is your responsibility to book what works for you. There are hooks and shelves throughout the room and bathroom. There are extra blankets in each room, or you could have asked for more. The sign on the heater explains how to turn the heat up and down and says if you need help to call. It is there because some people don't know how to adjust a heater and we want it to be done safely. Also, if you were unhappy or needed anything you could have contacted us at anytime. I hope the rest of your trip was as pleasant as your review!
