Family had a great experience

We had a great stay, areas that were challenging:Not enough cleaning supplies: two dishwashing pods, 1 dish towel, hard to get jacuzzi to warm up as the system we were told about did not really work, so we had to ask all the time. Other than that the space is awesome, and we had a great time.

So clean, it felt like I was the first guest on the property

Exceptional property. Beautifully decorated. Every little detail was well-thought out - pool towels, large utensils for cooking for a large group, top-of-the-line appliances, 2 refrigerators, lots of extra bedding, fabulous game room and pool, baby high-chair, cleaning supplies, the list goes on. Communication with the property manager was great. The response time was <5 mins on every occasion! A tad expensive, especially with add-on services, but totally worth the experience. We didnt leave the house at all for the entire duration. There was enough to do inside the home. Location wise, not too much within walking distance. Homes next door played loud music until late at night (didnt bother us, it livened the mood, but I can see it be a bother for those who like quiet). Overall, exceptional stay, 5 stars!
