Four kayakers stayed at this house for a week.The house was everything we could have asked for.Water access, great views, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out.

What makes this property unique

The space
Large house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, split between two levels (walk out basement). There are living areas on both levels with TVs and seating. The main kitchen is on the upper level and there is a kitchenette on the lower level.

There is also a large garage on the property that guests may use for storage of recreational equipment (ATVs, snowmobiles, SxS, etc.). We ask that road vehicles remain parked outside. There is some workout equipment in the garage that guests may utilize at their own risk. Level 2 EV charger is located on the outside wall of the garage for guests usage. Please only charge vehicles when parked outside.

The exterior of the Cottage features a large, wrap around balcony with a grill. There is also a lower deck and patio area with a small fire pit. There are 4 kayaks available for guest use, at own risk.

The property has a large dock that can be used to keep boats overnight. The property is located in a protected harbor on Lac La Belle and there is a channel connecting Lac La Belle to Lake Superior.
