Bom dia Rogerio, sentimos muito pelo ocorrido e cancelamento da sua viagem mas gostaria de esclarecer que foi um erro da plataforma em permitir o agendamento para o dia seguinte sem nossa confirmação (de acordo as configurações que temos). Quando recebi tardiamente sobre sua chegada tentamos solucionar, mas como te disse, temos apenas um flat, que infelizmente já estava ocupado e não poderia te receber. Fico triste com sua avaliação por este meio já que prejudica nossa reputação na plataforma por um erro que não foi nosso, mas espero que possa voltar algum dia e mudar sua opinião sobre a Casa Coringa.
