DC Vacation

The property is in a very good location, just a few minutes walk from H St. We were grateful to find the kitchen stocked with a few items, such as coffee and sugar. The bed was extremely comfortable- had a great sleep! We would be happy to stay here again next time we’re in DC.

Great place in a city neighborhood

This basement apartment was perfect for our stay in DC. The basement apartment is equipped with what we needed for our stay - well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and stoarage space, and comfy living room area. Annie is very responsive and helped through the questions we had.

Great Base for exploring DC

Quiet neighborhood close to transit options and to the sites in DC. Comfortable and straight forward. A little noise from the furnace and upstairs unit. Overall a great fit for my two kiddos and I.

Not good enough

Online looks pretty good. Cleanliness was not the greatest the toliet dirty underneath the seat need updated on bedding, towels rugs, windows treatments
