Cozy 2 bedroom villa in Seminyak Bali

Best value in the area!
Vic's place is close to restaurants (just a couple of minutes from Oberoi/Eat street), bars and not far from the beach. I am sure you will enjoy my place because of the coziness and the location. The location is great; only minutes away from Sunset road, Seminyak and Kerobokan. Plenty of space, cozy, functional and comfortable. You'll like it!

We offer a villa with a open style living/kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms ensuite and a nice pool to cool down.

The kitchen comes with complete amenities, free water, coffee and tea. In front of it there's a dining table for four.

Next to the swimming pool we have a sun deck with 2 sun loungers.
The two bedrooms each has its own comfy beds, with full amenities bathrooms and toilets - towels, toiletries and hair dryers provided. Note: One bathroom has a tub and a shower, the other one with shower only.

You will have access to everything mentioned above - bedrooms, living area, private swimming pool and kitchen.

Other essentials we provide are:
-Airport Pick Up (on request - from Rp 200.000)
-Parking space
-Daily house keeping service (Mon-Sat)
-Food delivery and dining from Sun Shoot Restaurant with 10-20% discount, please ask for the voucher.

The highlight is its location. The place is perfect if you like that breezy, semi-outdoor living - comfortable, private, and the location is just, great. Sun Shoot Restaurant is right in front of your door, with a skip and a hop you got your breakfast - they deliver too. Famous places like Sunset Point with its large supermarket and restaurants, Gusto Ice Cream, Bakudapa or Babi Guling Pak Malen are a mere walking distant.

Seminyak and Kerobokan area with its trendy bars, restaurants, shops and clubs are just a 10 minutes stroll away.

Canggu and its surfing beaches and communities are 15-20 minutes away by car or scooter.

If Kuta is your thing, it's only a 10 minutes drive away as well.

We can connect with a motorcycle rental, they will deliver the bikes to the villa on request. Even with tour operators, we can connect you with or help you organizing your day trips.

Singles, couples and small families with children are welcome.

Altogether a good break. Villa excellent, comfortable very user-friendly. Air conditioners worked great both rooms. All amenities in good working order. Host and staff very friendly.

A little disappointing

Couldn't fault the property manager and cleaner. They were lovely. Both bedrooms had a mould issue especially one of the rooms my son slept in. The pool needed chlorine treatment twice in 5 days so we didn't really use the pool much for fear of getting sick. Location is ok. Need to get a grab to get into Seminyak square etc. Good massage place around the corner of the property. (on the corner of the main street.) The outside bathrooms off the bedrooms are so hot and uncomfortable also..

Is precies wat er staat in de beschrijving. Rustige buurt, gezellig huisje, Tip: Misschien een paar betere keuken faciliteiten zoals waterkoker, keuken kast deuren, maar was net voldoende! Wel genoten hoor! :)
