About this property

Oceanfront is completely remodeled in Classic Style; four TVs, fireplace

Owners just finished the full remodel on June 30, 2024: new kitchen, baths, flooring and furnishings. First-year renting in a family-friendly building. Three bedrooms and 2 baths with TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms. The view from the 12th floor of this corner property is grand. The master comes with a California King bed, TV, and bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a hall bath. The third bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and the same hall bath. The living area has plenty of seating along with a very large TV and a fireplace. There is seating for six in the dining room plus an island with seating for two. The kitchen is fully stocked.
Arcadian 2 is a smaller high rise; no long waits for elevators, and no running downstairs to save lounge chairs at the pool. Washer/dryer on each floor by the elevator. Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach. The building is halfway between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach . We are very close to restaurant row as Barefoot landing is 10 mins and Broadway about 20 minutes.

No motorcycle parking, no pets for renters and primary renter 25 years old.

Beautiful place

The place was brand new inside. Completely remodeled with nice finishes. New appliances. Easy parking. Security on site. Nice pool. Great communication with property management. Cooler and beach towels were provided. The only improvement I could recommend would be a broom or vacuum in the unit to clean up the sand during the stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Arcadian II unit 12A is GORGEOUS!

This recently renovated unit is absolutely gorgeous, spic and span clean! Frank, the host, was responsive and super easy to coordinate with via Vrbo and text messaging. We enjoyed the peaceful environment of the Arcadian building, especially our ocean front balcony, but also enjoyed having the Hilton a short walk right next door where we enjoyed lunch and cocktails at the beachside bar/restaurant the Wet Whistle! The bed was super comfortable, everything from floor to ceiling was new and wonderful! Thank you for having us and we'll be back sometime soon for sure!
