Close to the city, far from the noise

Great townhome that was close enough to walk to town, had parking and was in a quieter part of town. Felt safe in the neighborhood and neighbors were not noisy at all.

Great location. Very clean. Amazing comfortable bedding

Host was very accommodating. The house has everything we needed. Walking to King Street for shopping and dinner was safe and easy.

Marathon weekend stay

Nice little townhouse that was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! Easy to get around Old Town and not far from the metro station.

Great location in Alexandria

Our family of 8 were in Alexandria for the commencement ceremony at American University. The location is fantastic! The popular restaurants are within a pleasant walking distance. The checkin process was seamless and the host, Floyd, was in constant contact (in a good way). The home was spotless clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this rental!

Nice historic home in great neighborhood

The house is nice but the kitchen is very small. We didn’t mind because we went out for all meals but breakfast. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet. We only had a chance to walk to the river area one day due to the extreme heat we encountered that week. But it was such a great location had we been able to use your bikes or walk like we planned. Love the area and would definitely visit again.

The place was very small which was a surprise after seeing online pictures. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms. The kitchen was so small almost impossible to work in. However, the location was the best part of what we needed for this trip. Thank you

The property is fully stocked with everything you possibly need. Its in a quiet neighborhood, which was very nice. The chsrm of the house is great.

Exactly what is listed no disappointment

We were giving excellent instructions on how and where to park. Felt like home clean and cute. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very response . We will book next year stay here if available!

Perfect

The home was very clean, comfortable, close to everything. The host is very responsive. We stayed to attend a concert at MGM, Uber/Lyft was about $10. Neighborhood was nice and convenient, and has parking. Definitely recommend this property, and we will stay again

Great location!

The house was in a fantastic location. Walking distance to king street and all the restaurants and shopping. Very safe neighborhood and lots of parking available. Close drive to DC, Mount Vernon, and all the sights. The house was a good size and comfortable for the 5 of us. The upstairs bathroom had a door that would stick and was hard to open at times, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. The manager contacted us on day one to check if we needed anything. The house came with everything we needed and then some! Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, creamer, etc. Most other places I’ve stayed only leaves you with 1 or two of each item, and after a weeks stay you need to replenish these things. This place had everything you need and extras in a closet. Great touch! I would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient to town

Home was very neat and clean and close to many sources of transportation. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking around Old Town Alexandria. Thank you for providing our needs while we were in town.
