Amazing Beach Home for Family Vacation

This beautiful beach home had everything you could want! Private pool, jetted spa and beautiful large bedrooms with one on the main floor for those that have difficulty with steps! Kitchen and living spaces were fantastic as well. The beach service, LDV, had our sets of chairs ready for us each day and always came by to check on us! Fantastic 8 days in this beautiful, immaculate home for our family of 8 adults!

We loved everything about this house!

This home is steps from the beach, had so many perfect details and was even supplied with extra beach chairs and coolers. We've been to Florida 7 or 8 times and this year was by far our favorite! The property management was wonderful...communicating often and instructions were clear, even reminding of trash pickup the next morning. We will definitely be back!

Great house, great location

We could not of been happier with our stay. The house was super clean, had an amazing location and overall was exactly what you look for when planning a beach vacation. The house providing the daily umbrella and chairs was a special treat too and saved us for lugging down our own tents. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Heaven on Earth

The Chateau by the C is the place to be! My family of 6 adults and 5 kids stayed here for 5 nights and it fit our needs SO well. We have beach people and we have pool people so this house had everything we wanted. The two masters upstairs were massive and the third bedroom up there was so nice for the older kids and the bunk room for the little kids was great! The property management company is absolutely the greatest to work with, they are very communicative and very responsive.

Fantastic vacation

Loved the house and short walk to the beach. We are a family of 11 and had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this house again. Very nice house and well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The back door alarm to the pool was aggravating but it was clearly listed on the site and description when we rented it. It takes some getting use to but if you have young kids you would appreciate it, 8 adults by the pool every day all day did not. Hahahaha! Overall very satisfied with the house and would stay again. Very clean and the owner communicated well anytime I reached out. Loved it!

Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful review, James! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, found the kitchen well-equipped, and appreciated the comfort of the beds and spacious layout. It’s always wonderful to know our guests feel right at home! We completely understand the pool alarm can be a bit of an adjustment—especially for a group of adults enjoying the pool all day! But you're absolutely right, it’s there for safety and especially reassuring for families with little ones. We appreciate you acknowledging that it was noted in the listing, and we’re glad it didn’t take away from your overall experience. We’d love to welcome you back anytime, and we're so glad communication was smooth during your stay. Thanks again for choosing us!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Family and Friends

We stayed at this beach house with 3 couples and 3 kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids—they spent hours splashing and playing while the adults relaxed nearby. The beach was right across the street so jumping from beach to pool was never a hassle. Two chairs and an umbrella was set up daily which was huge convenience. We never had to carry down and set up a beach cabana once even with the kids. One of our favorite parts of the house was the top balcony with the stunning ocean view. We started every morning out there with coffee, just soaking in the peaceful beach scenery. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It more than met our expectations. Everyone had room to spread out, and we never felt cramped, even with a larger group. Perfect location. Everything was a golf cart ride away. We truly had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-equipped vacation spot right on the beach!
