This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom condo is set in a quiet wooded area of Mammoth. The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, cozy living area, full kitchen with bar seating for 3, complimentary WiFi, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The master bedroom has plenty of room to move around and features a Queen-sized bed and attached bathroom. The living room even has a pull out sofabed for extra guests. This unit is the perfect retreat for a family wanting to get away from it all. The community offers a quiet wooded neighborhood, with great complex amenities including an outdoor pool (Summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, tennis court (Summer only) and public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, comes with 3 outdoor parking spaces, and no pets or smoking is permitted. There are 2 stairs to this unit and 1 level inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Horribly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures look much better than the space. There were crumbs on the couch, the carpet in living room filthy dirty, decor lacks any thought. At best this was a dorm room. The smell of smoke from neighbors. No way worth $1100! We left requesting a refund, management declined. Better to keep a thousand dollars than to eat it and have a satisfied customer who may come back and/or refer friends. Unfortunate choice on your part.

So so and not as nice as pictured

Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend. Photos made it look renovated, but what you see is all you get in that department. Bedroom was shabby and blankets didn't smell fresh. There was ball of hair in the toilet when we walked in. I know, it's Mammoth and skiing; I've stayed in worse, but not for the price. Also, dishes and utensils date to 1970. Even more disappointing was the three-foot-deep "jacuzzi" and very old sauna. Time for an upgrade.

"In the Woods"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is super cute and cozy; perfect for 2 guests! It's recently been remodeled and is a very comfortable stay! My issue with it is that it's listed as being "in the woods." The building is in the woods. The condo, however, looks out at the parking lot. Instead of having a lovely Mammoth view, we looked out at the front of someone's vehicle from both the bedroom and the living room windows. Not what I want when I'm in Mammoth. I apologize for being negative, but this is very important to me. Had I known we'd be looking at a parking lot instead of the lovely woods setting that was stated in the listing, I wouldn't have rented it. If view is not important to you, then this is a perfect condo.

Perfect for Two

Cozy and warm one bedroom condo with updated modern kitchen and bathroom. The condo is clean and efficient with no owner lockouts. It was less than a ten minute walk to the green line at bus stop 42 that took us to Eagle Lodge. Based on other reviews, we brought our own pillows – we’re glad we did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! We accidentally went to the wrong unit in a different building number and had a hiccup there so we had to contact the after hours emergency and he was super helpful to us and our problem. The unit is so nice, clean, and cute!!! We will definitely stay here again. So glad we found this place and can’t wait to book again. Everything about the unit was excellent.
