Booking Requirements
We strive to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. To complete your booking, we require:
-Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present during the stay
-Signed rental agreement (within 48 hours of booking)
-Valid government-issued ID matching the booking name (within 48 hours of booking)
-Accurate number of guests on reservation
-Agreement to House Rules

Other Things to Note
-This property is located in a rural setting. Although we take preventative measures to keep pests to a minimum inside and out of the house, you may encounter them. Also, the property borders Corps of Engineers land, so occasional wildlife comes on the property (mostly deer and turkey).
