Why they chose this property
The point offers bayside views, parks and piers all along the bay to stop and meet new friends. Easy to walk everywhere from the historic point neighborhood. It's a great place to raise a family or just take a walk with your dogs.
What makes this property unique
This single family home was modified into a guest suite primarily to bring more space to our home. It only makes sense to share with you the joy of being here in Newport, while having your host right downstairs in case you need anything. You have a private entrance and parking for 1 car in the driveway. We give you run of the backyard, pergola, grill, firepit. We like to give you your space and privacy but you can always reach me or our manager Matt if you have any concerns or questions.
