Good trip! Cabin lacked some basic amenities (number of towels, cleaning supplies, chairs on balconies, etc). Overall, was spacious enough for us all.

Great place but needs many updates from beds to commodes running Furniture is so dated and scratched floors in kitchen tiles broken carpet is badly stained and ripped in places both tiles and carpets are tripping hazard. I give it a 7 out of 10

Thanks again for staying with us,
I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the place. It was far from clean and did not meet my expectations at all. We discovered dog feces on the porch, which was very off-putting. Additionally, we found cigarette buds in our room, further adding to our frustration. To make matters worse, our bedroom had broken blinds and there were dirty towels available. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and left a lot to be desired. they reflect broader issues of cleanliness and guest safety that should be addressed
The location was pretty easy to get too and close to everything in Gatlinburg. The house is not secluded, as it is in a "resort style neighborhood". So the houses are right next to each other. We weren't bothered by anyone though. The house needs work. The carpets upstairs need replaced - they are older, worn and dirty. Some of the bathrooms need attention - running toilets and shower doors that are hard to slide. The bedding could use some refreshing - the bedcovers were nothing but large blankets thrown on the bed, no comforters. There were not enough towels. And the porches could use some new chairs. Several of the rocking chairs that were available were broken. There really wasn't ample seating outside at all. Overall the house was ok. Definitely not as nice as others we have stayed at. The games downstairs were a hit with the family. The hot tub was nice too.
