About this property

A535 • Myrtle Beach Resort • Gorgeous Ocean View!

Our beach casa is your beach casa! This updated condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a 20' balcony that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and all the way up the East coast! The sunrises are absolutely breath-taking! If you're lucky, you'll see the resident seahawk carrying his breakfast (still flapping) right overhead!

The master bedroom boasts a king bed and walk-in tile shower in the en suite. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an arcade machine for indoor entertainment. Each bedroom has its own tv. The kitchen also has a view of the ocean and is well-stocked with pots and pans as well as some cooking staples like spices, sugar, flour, etc.

Save room in the car by using our two beach chairs, a Bogg-style bag, waterproof speaker, and boogie boards! (subject to availability)

Our unit is on the fifth floor of the A-building at Myrtle Beach Resort. We are a gated resort and parking is $10/night. For your peace of mind, our building has its own (SLED-certified) security guard that patrols at night. You have access to all the resort's many amenities including 6 pools - both indoor and outdoor, oversized hot tubs, tennis/pickleball, basketball, playground, pizza place, ice cream shop, The Salty Bean (coffee and retail), The QuarterDeck Oceanfront Bar and Grill and even a Hula and Fire Show every Thursday evening during the peak season!

We’re just two hard-working people who saved for their dream. Reagan is a middle school teacher and Dwight is a boiler operator. We live in SC, about two hours from the resort. We would not be able to own this beautiful piece of property either our guests. We work hard to offer everything you might need for your vacation. We try to offer high quality linens and towels to make your dry comfortable, and we LOVE repeat guests!

We love all the amenities at Myrtle Beach Resort. Six pools - both indoor and outdoor - tennis and pickleball courts, oversized hot tubs, a HEATED lazy river, brand new playground, on-site bar and grill with nightly entertainment, and so many other pocket amenities tucked in all areas of the campus.

What makes this property unique

Our view is great but what sets us apart is the quality we put in our unit. Little by little, we are upgrading every inch of our condo. We have partially remodeled the kitchen, added new appliances, updated the master bedroom, and completely overhauled both bathrooms - one with a walk-in tile shower! We want to provide a luxury experience with family-friendly hospitality.
