Beautiful and very quiet villa in the countryside, for 6 people.

This villa has a privileged location as it is located just 3 km from the beach of Puerto Pollensa, and 3 km from the historic and beautiful town of Pollensa. The access is via side street and has a small forest right behind the house, which makes it an ideal place for birdwatchers. It is also just 5 km from the Cala San Vicente, charming place that highlights its crystalline water.

The house is on one floor and has a spacious porch with arches. The main entrance is under the porch and leads directly to the living and dining room, equipped with sofas, table and chairs for 6, satellite TV, stereo and DVD. Just to the right is a semi-open kitchen with a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and the tools needed for cooking.

In the same living room, a hallway leads to the bedrooms, to the left is the first double bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. And a second bedroom with a king size bed and an spacious wardrobe. On the right you can find an spacious bathroom with bath, wc, bidet and washbasin with counter, and the second double bedroom equipped with 2 singles beds, and a spacious wardrobe; this one has an en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning cold and/or heat, and all with beautiful views to the garden.

The front side of the house is covered with a beautiful and spacious porch with arches, equipped with chairs and a table to enjoy meals al fresco, and the other side is equipped with comfortable terrace furniture. This porch is surrounded by a large garden with lawn and hedges, where the barbecue and pool are, it has also a solarium with sunbeds and an umbrella. In the back area of the house there is a small forest of century-old oaks, making it an ideal refugee for birds.

The house is completely isolated in an area of 7000 m2 completely fenced and closed by a barrier. By its structure, the house is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A children cot is available, high chair, ping pong and pool towels.

We offer you the following touristic services, by request:

- Laundry and dry cleaning services, including washing and ironing of garments, bedding, personal garments of the guest, etc.

- Periodical cleaning of the house. This service is provided on alternate days, unless its provision is required on a daily basis.

- Rental services for cars, motorcycles, scooters, quads, bicycles, etc.

- Guide services, which include excursions, guided activities, provision of information on points of interest, assistance to tourists, accompaniment in lunches and dinners ...

- Advice about places of interest, whether cultural, landscape, beaches, as well as local products and crafts, etc.

- Medical, hospital and security services 24 hours a day, with personalized assistance and support to the relevant institutions or organizations.

- Intermediation services.

- Other services are available such as: the custodian of luggage of the client, the management of reservations, daily press delivery service, among others.

The booking process was easy and contact with the host helped answer any questions before and during our stay. The villa was situated in a very quite and private location, just what we wanted. Being half way between Pollensa Town and the port was ideal, although you really need a car. The facilities were as described and the photos were accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again in the future. A couple of small points to note, given the amount the villa cost, the absence of essentials such as spare toilet rolls, washing tablets, dish cloth etc... was an obvious omission. The cost of providing these essentials is very small. Being old school, a small plastic wallet with key numbers like emergency services, doctors, precise location could have been useful if needed. In summary, we really recommend this villa.

Fantastic holiday destination

We really enjoyed our holiday staying in this villa. It is even better than in the pictures and Maria and Juan are great hosts. The villa is really well equipped and comfortable, although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, garden and the outside living area. It is located in an ideal situation to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside but is just a short drive to Polenca and Port de Polenca, beautiful beaches (we particularly liked Cala San Vicenc for swimming and snorkelling) and the Roman ruins at Alcudia. We would definitely stay again.

Summer week in Pollença

We had a great week, Juan and Maria being very nice and available for any request. House is well located in the middle of field of olive and fig trees and very quiet. To recommend.

Perfect Little Hideaway - Highly Recommended

We have returned from an amazing holiday at this villa. We have visited Pollensa many times over the last ten years, but this was by far the best villa we have stayed in, and we are hoping to return next summer. From the moment we enquired we had great communication with the owner, Juan, our late arrival time was no problem, and the directions to the villa made it easy to find. Arriving at midnight, it was lovely to get into the villa and find a welcome pack from Juan, which meant we could feed and water the kids and ourselves, and have food for breakfast to start the next day. The villa has everything you need for the holiday, it's set in traditional Mallorcan style, and is kept clean and organised, with air con in all 3 bedrooms. What makes this villa so special though is the outside layout. A fantastic outdoor space for dining as well as an outdoor lounge area, perfect for relaxing but also a great space for the kids to be outdoors but stay in the shade. The garden is so tidy and pretty and has a lovely swing chair next to the barbeque, which we used a few times to host some of our family staying in a nearby hotel. The pool is a good size and is partly shaded by the trees which is fabulous on the hotter days. Nice steps at the side meaning it's good for non-swimmers to paddle and for learners to safely get in and out of the water. The villa itself is perfectly located for Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. If you've never visited Pollensa before, it's a brilliant location to base yourself for getting around this part of the island. Tips - watch out for the sprinklers - they're on a timing system :) and I think the photos make the villa look smaller than it is, it's a really good size. Five of us stayed comfortably here.

A brilliant villa

A lovely villa. A great pool - ideal for paddlers as well as serious swimmers. Nice clean villa inside - not particularly modern, but really everything you would ever need for a 2-week holiday.Pretty spacious, as is the garden around the villa. Aircon in the bedrooms which was important in July. The best thing about it is the terrace which wraps around two sides of the villa. In shade all day long and just lovely. A dining and seating area and absolutely fantastic. I wish I could still be sitting there! The villa is up its own little drive and is really peaceful and quiet and private. Other villas in general area, but you can't hear them. Or see them for that matter. Very near historic Pollensa which is beautiful and handy for supermarkets and shops, and lovely restaurants. The Sunday market there is massive and worth a visit or two. Puerto Pollensa is equa-distant in the other direction - nice sandy beach and what have you. Bit more touristy, but nothing too much and there is loads of space on the massive beachfront. Easy to get to lots of other beaches and coves. The island is lovely. The drive to Soller is eye-catching and hair-raising at times but worth it. We would definitely recommend going to one of the many caves to see the stalagmites and 'tites'. Incredible. We went to Campanet which was brilliant and not too far away. Parma is worth a day visit definitely. The whole island was nice and it is easy to get around. Juan is the host. He was there to greet us, and he popped over briefly a couple of times to check we were ok. He left a welcome basket which was kind (bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk etc). He was very charming and welcoming and friendly. He seemed to speak many languages, I think he owns a few villas on the island, but this is the one he is looking to retire to which tells you something!!!! A great stay. I would really recommend it.

Wir können uns der vorherigen Bewertung voll und ganz anschließen, sogar noch ausweiten: Tausende von Ameisen 🐜, auch in den Betten 🙈😠in den Küchenschränken 😤😱 ... einfach überall im Haus !!! 🥺😡. Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe/Pfannen) viel zu klein und SCHMUTZIG, selbst nach Abwasch noch zum ekeln. Auch viel zu wenige Handtücher für Bäder und Küche für 14 Tage. Angepriesene Waschmaschine nicht funktionsfähig. Tischtennisplatte bekamen wir auf Nachfrage. Die Liegen zum Teil kaputt, Auflagen ebenfalls zum ekeln. Preisleistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Wir waren maßlos enttäuscht 😞😣😖😩. Trotz dieses negativen Fazits wünschen wir Maria und Juan alles Gute ... evtl. beherzigen sie unsere Hinweise und beseitigen die von uns beschriebenen Mängel. Wir können es ihnen persönlich und den nachfolgenden Gästen nur wünschen 🍀

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay here. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Tehe location was great as well, just a short drive to polenca or alcudia beaches. We'd definitely come back and stay again.

Ferienhaus Pollenca

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche im August hier verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie während der Anreise war sehr freundlich. Positiv war der Außenbereich um das Haus herum mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten und der große Pool, der von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Leider haben uns einige Dinge nicht so gut gefallen: einen Rundgang durchs Haus, um uns alles zu erklären gab es leider nicht. Auch konnte man sich nicht richtig duschen (die Temperatur schwankte zwischen heiß und kalt, mittlere Temperatur gab es nicht. Sehr frustrierend, gerade für die Kinder), die im Inserat angekündigte Tischtennisplatte gab es nicht, etliche Ameisenstraßen im ganzen Haus, große Risse im Putz in einigen Zimmern, einige Geschirrteile nicht sauber, Stockflecken auf den Liegestuhlauflagen, muffiger Geruch im Haus... Auch wäre ein Sonnenschirm schön gewesen, den man zum Strand hätte mitnehmen können. Bei einem geringeren Objektpreis könnte man über diese Dinge hinwegsehen, aber für 2600 Euro die Woche kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es war unsere vierte Finca auf Mallorca, und leider die schwächste.

Perfect location, very enjoyable

The Villa is tucked away in a nice location with Pollenca, and Alcudia a short drive away. The Villa itself is very nice and the owners very kind and helpful. The only couple of things that I would say could be improved is the shower, as the water comes either cold or boiling hot....it's virtually impossible to get a nice warm temp...didn't bother me too much but kids hated it. Also there is a pair of trees on the right of the pool that block the sun to the pool around 3.30-4pm which is a bit annoying as you want to keep warm jumping in and out of the pool.The pool itself is lovely and the villa has everything you need, nice bbq area, and very peaceful. Very enjoyable holiday.

Peaceful villa with super pool

This is a lovely peaceful villa in a rural area outside Pollença. The house is approached along a long, narrow driveway, and the surrounding roads are very quiet. There's a well-furnished veranda on two sides of the house, with comfortable sitting and dining areas. We ate all our meals outside; the area has lighting, so it can be enjoyed into the evening. The pool is a good size and very well maintained. Indoors there is a comfortable sitting/dining room, with modern TV etc, which we didn't use as we were outside. The kitchen is very pleasant, with all necessary equipment. The bedrooms are a good size, with efficient air conditioning; one of the twin rooms has an en-suite shower room. The location is very convenient, with two supermarkets on the approach to Pollença (Lidl for economy, and Eroski for its superb fish counter). Pollença itself is a lovely old town. We used the free car park on the edge of town by the "cockerel" roundabout, and walked into the centre. We enjoyed the walk up the 365 steps (El Calvari). There are plenty of lovely places and beaches a short drive away. Cala Vicenç deserves special mention for its turquoise waters and great snorkelling. We also enjoyed the walk to Cala Boquer from Puerto Pollença. The mountain scenery is superb. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back some time.

Quiet countryside setting

This is our 3rd visit to Juan’s villa and it is still a delight. The position is ideal for driving to Puerto Pollensa which we did every night and walked along the seafront. There are very good restaurants and bars to be found. The sea is very warm to swim in when you can tear yourself away from the pool which was extremely inviting. It has all the necessary amenities to have a very enjoyable and restful holiday. Juan is a very helpful host but not intrusive and I look forward to returning once again.

Nice villa in great location

Our family, including 2 young boys, enjoyed staying here. Nice pool and good garden for the boys to play in. We loved being a short drive from the beach at Port de Pollensa, whilst also being close to the lovely Pollensa town.

Everything we hoped for!

Just back from a fantastic stay at Juan and Maria's place. Communication was easy with good directions sent to us in advance and our planned late arrival no problem. Our flight was further delayed so a quick email sorted out how to let ourselves in in the early hours. Some food supplies were left for us which were much appreciated in the morning. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. A really practical layout on one floor with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and out the back a washing machine. Wifi worked well though don't expect to stream Netflix. There was also a DVD player, CD player and HD TV (only Spanish channels). The pool was a highlight, despite it being only April. There are steps down into it, so younger children can paddle under supervision. We had planned in advance and took some cheap shorty wetsuits which were a good move given the water was still rather on the cool side! The large, quiet garden had plenty of space for the kids to run around and was a pleasure to laze about in. There are two supermarkets, Lidl and Eroski, under 10 minutes drive away. The latter is open roughly 9am-9pm every day including Sundays. There was also a market in Pollensa on the Sunday 'til about 3pm. The coast is a short drive away and you are well-positioned to visit the mountains too. Visiting the caves at Porto Cristo to the South was perfectly doable too. The roads all seemed well-maintained and easy to drive on, though be prepared for the many cyclists enjoying the island, especially in the mountains. Just take your time and give them plenty of room as you pass. Top tip: you can download the whole of Majorca in Google Maps as an offline area on your phone and use it for navigation when you're there without a data connection. This worked really well. We really enjoyed our visit. In general we're not usually inclined to go on holiday to the same place more than once, but we are considering returning here just because everything was so easy and handy, leaving more time for enjoying ourselves and relaxing. Family holiday in Villa in Pollensa.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Semi rural but only a few minutes to Pollensa or the Port by car. Lidl's handy just round the corner for food. The villa is very well kept with plenty of room. The pool is excellent and gets sun throughout the day. I would recommend it to anyone. Liked it so much that I have just booked another week later in the year. Juan the owner is very helpful and just a phone call away if needed. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived.

Villa Camarrotja Pollensa

An absolute excellent villa. Perfect quiet location, well presented with a lovely pool for relaxing around. Sun all day around the well maintained garden. Free Wifi. Kids absolutely enjoyed it and did not want to go home. Juan the owner was on hand to greet us and show us around, and was also easy to get hold of by phone if needed. The villa is semi rural with in a few minute reach of Pollensa or the port by car. Lidl's just literally round the corner in Pollensa was perfect for getting all the provisions we required although Juan left us a nice welcome pack. I would definately recommend it to anyone, and I am already planning our return.

A family holiday location

This is a lovely family villa which my wife and two teenage boys enjoyed immensely. It is in a quiet private location yet easy reach of Pollensa and the beaches. The villa has all you want and need for a excellent holiday with its large pool, and great outside dining and leisure area. I would strongly recommend it.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern. Das schöne Dorf Pollensa, mit all seinen Atraktionen, ist schnell erreichbar. Auch ist das Haus sehr privat gelegen. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hilft bei allen Belangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Auch das großzügige Grundstück lädt zum verweilen ein.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub von Mai bis Juni in dieser Finca verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und auch gut eingerichtet. Es gab eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hätten uns die Unterkunft nicht schöner vorstellen können. Diese Unterkunft können wir mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und auch wir werden nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter.
