**CHEF SERVICES** GUESTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF THE INGREDIENTS, HOWEVER THE CHEF'S COOKING SERVICE IS FREE. Two meal services are provided daily with your stay which includes breakfast and dinner.Our cook will meal prep upon guest arrival and not before. Tips are encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Our driving services are available throughout guests entire stay day and night upon request. This includes airport transportation. Payment must be made directly to the driver

This modern 3100 square ft penthouse is laid out on 3 spacious floors with porcelain tile throughout. the penthouse can accommodate 3 to 6 guests with room for up to 8 guests for an additional cost.Each bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the luxurious tropical gardens, and ocean.

We are located less than 5 minutes away from fine dining, shopping, banking, eateries and additional beaches. The penthouse is also within 10 minutes drive to some of Jamaica’s top attractions such as Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphins Cove, Irie Blue Hole, Mystic Mountain and The Sandals Golf and Country Club to name a few. Want a more intimate stay….Enjoy Jamaica’s beautiful weather on any of the 3 balconies with stunning views of the gardens and ocean. Simply relax and let our housekeeper/cook Arlene be of your service to prepare the most delicious Jamaican cuisines in our well equipped kitchen.

During the day owners and house staff are at your disposal for any request or to provide information about your stay. Independence and privacy are GUARANTEED. Laundry service are available for guests who book for 3 days or more. Linen changes are available upon request only.

For your safety and the security of our gated community, please provide a full list of all guests staying at the penthouse at the time of booking.
⛔ Unregistered guests will not be permitted past security. No last-minute additions, no exceptions.

Crystal Cove is a peaceful, upscale neighborhood. Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.

Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

If security is called more than once for noise or disruptions, we reserve the right to end your stay early — and trust us, no one wants that kind of drama on vacation.

We love the island air — let’s keep it fresh! Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the penthouse. You’re welcome to step outside and enjoy responsibly on the balcony.
