The living room includes a sofa bed and plenty of room for the roll out full bed for extra guests. Mariner Lakes is a quiet, cozy, gated community offering deeded beach access as well as restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within walking distance. Beautiful, quiet, gated community with lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, pool, and clubhouse. Centrally located to shopping, entertainment, dining, and beach. 5 miles to Flora-Bama, 5 miles to The Hangout, 6 miles to The Wharf, 2 miles to intra-coastal waterway.
What makes this property unique
Fully updated interior from top to bottom, very clean interior with stunning bathrooms, new appliances. A definite must-see!
