"Suzy's Place" is arguably the best location on the island. Your cozy getaway awaits in Oak Bluffs at this beautiful newly constructed house in 2024. Sleeps 5 to 6 with 1 king bed and 1 twin sized futon in the bedroom. a queen sofa pullout in the living room and a full size futon in the newly finished basement. This location is perfect for a tranquil retreat, with easy walking access to downtown. Nestled in the Heart of Oak Bluffs, directly behind the historic and charming Gingerbread Cottages. We are also directly across from "The Barn and Bistro" Restaurant for great food, entertainment and bowling. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an iron, hair dryer, heating, WiFi, washing machine, and central AC. The bathroom features a new vanity with touch screen mirror, shower and heated tile floors. We also have a huge outside shower, a grille and small outside dining area. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. We guarantee you will want to stay with us again.

Amazing place to stay for a family

The house was in a perfect location. Quick walk to town/restaurants/beach. The house is impeccable. Clean. Comfortable. Jon was a fantastic host, let us know all the best places to go, and was very responsive. Can’t say enough about it. Looking forward to staying there again summer ‘26

What a fantastic vineyard rental. The location is supreme, just minutes walk or ride from the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal and right near the main drag. The house is brand new and extremely comfortable. It had lots of space with three levels to spread out in. Gorgeous kitchen, bedroom, etc. It also had a nice spot to park, a grill, outdoor shower and is a quick walk or ride to the OB town beaches. Things we love about the house: great lighting, outdoor shower, it’s dog friendly (our dog loved it!), well furnished, comfy bed, great kitchen and washer/dryer. We ended up doing much of our cooking at the house because with our baby it made life much easier than having to go out to places. And we did spend some time driving around the island too. And finally, Jonathan was great and his mom Chris, who is the on site host, was lovely. She even gave our dog treats! Overall this was an excellent stay that we’d stay at again.

Great new home in walkable to Oak Bluffs downtown. Nice equipped kitchen and all fresh newer linens. Great little place across the street for drinks, meals and bowling. Try the steak skewers, you won't be sorry. Host responsive and relative of host nearby was so helpful and kind. This is a great location and close to also 8 minute drive to Vineyard haven ferry. Would stay here again. We enjoyed our time on MV, our familiy's first time.
