We enjoyed our stay. For the price, it's a great deal. A little walk from the parking garage, but completely accessible.

Great place to stay! Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. The host reached out and gave us all the information we needed and checking in and out was a breeze. The location was amazing! We came to town to see a show at the Casey's center and were able to park and walk to the show and to several bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Neat condo. Lots to do in the area. It was well appointed. There’s downtown noise but that’s to be expected when one stays downtown. They need to toss all the bedding linens out and buy new or get a better cleaning service. The sheets weren’t the greatest with visible stains. One of the beds had that look that maybe the sheets hadn’t been changed or at least not washed well. We tried the positive outlook that maybe they didn’t get washed very well. Other than the sheets we were very pleased. They just didn’t seem the same standard as the rest of the place which was pretty dapper. Your results may vary.

The apartment was clean. It’s not fancy. Several electric plugs did not function. The bathroom cabinet was broken. No hairdryers or bathroom products. Clean but worn towels.

The unit itself was very clean, large, and had everything needed for an extended stay. The apartment and hallway felt very safe and secure. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. The public lobby area of the building and the elevators have much to be desired when it comes to upkeep and cleanliness. There was unclaimed delivery food left over the weekends, I experienced a sewage/garbage like smell in the lobby area and limited building staff to mitigate lobby and elevator cleanliness. It’s a busy building. No doorman or concierge. Appreciated the fob for elevator safety. Again, unit was very, very nice. I might suggest refreshing the towels that were worn and adding written directions about where/how to dispose of the garbage. There is a parking garage across the street accessible through the above ground walkway. Good downtown location. Very nice view of the Capitol, lots of light in the living area and darkening shades in the bedrooms. Stackable washer and dryer, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen were appreciated. Lots of dogs in the building. My dog did well there and there are many walkable areas nearby. Very responsive unit ownership.

Great stay! The bed was fantastic, I’m a mattress snob and after staying we loved the beds. Great location! Try Early Birds for breakfast! We ate at the Royal Mile Irish pub- great food! Annie’s had a great patio and band! Very clean city!
