Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 9th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers two master bedrooms, both of which have king beds, with one offering access to an oceanfront balcony and a large master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet as well as tile flooring; while the other offers a spacious bathroom along with its own private oceanfront balcony and private entrance into the condo. The third room has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request, and the forth room has two double beds, along with two more bathrooms. With its living room that offers a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Great stay, right on the water for our large family

Lovely Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! I loved everyone having their own bathroom Comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen, and amazing view. Only negative of the condo was the dryer it definitely struggled to dry clothes. However we planned for it and it required us to complete dry cycle twice. The property was great the kids loved the pools inside and out. I loved the proximity of the pools to the beach. Some people were at the pool while others were at the beach, but we still felt all together. Chairs were always available at the pool and they a policy where people cannot snag chairs early in the morning to claim their spot all day. I loved this. Only negative is they were mulching and the smell after the rain was unbearable. Around the pool area the chairs sit on grass not sure the grass is ideal. It looks like they resod it yearly. I would recommend putting in pavers. While the property was slightly outdated we would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing!

This condo was perfect! We had everything we needed and the property is just as pictured! The pools and the beach are so convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. You don't have access to pool towels but we didn't have any issues getting what we needed. Highly recommend and worth the money!

Working with Luxury Beach Rentals exceeded our expectations! They were very responsive to all our emails and questions. The check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. Everything was explained in detail in an email. I would definitely work with them again! However, the property itself was in desperate need of a deep, deep thorough cleaning! It was also in need of a refresh. All the walls were heavily marked up, wallpaper was peeling, water stains on the ceiling, moldings were broken, closet doors off the track just to name a few things. The view was fantastic, and the fact we had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was convenient for everyone. Given the money we paid for this unit, I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner than it was, and basic items to be repaired. I would book a property through Luxury Beach rentals again, but not this particular property.

Spring break

Overall the stay was good. The pools were great and being right on the beach was fantastic. We had great views of the ocean as well. The down side is the dryer is “old” so it took forever for towels or anything to dry. It’s also not as close to the boardwalk or places to eat so we had to drive more than planned. Otherwise, company was responsive & rooms were nice. Thank you!
