Enjoy a charming, private, and quiet three bedroom, 2.5 bath home near everything Saratoga has to offer. Walking distance to SPAC and the historic Saratoga State Park where you can swim, play tennis on clay courts, golf, picnic, hike, and see world class entertainment. The Saratoga Race Track is two miles away and is easily bikeable with paved pathways letting you arrive for the day without ever having to worry about parking your car! Saratoga’s fantastic downtown provides a vibrant party atmosphere and casual to fine dining. Saratoga Lake is an 8 minute drive away and has kayaking, canoeing, boating, tiki party boats all available to rent out for a day (or more…). The house has a full kitchen with new induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, double ovens, garbage disposal and access to any condiment you may need. The downstairs master bedroom has a full bathroom with stand up tiled shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a full bathroom, tub and shower. The outside covered patio has a portable heater and a gas fireplace. The fabulous Pitney Farms is a one minute walk away and is connected to the property via a hobby farm that houses thoroughbreds as well as chickens and a special donkey. Whatever your pleasure may be Saratoga Springs is the summer place to be!
