This waterfront house has an AMAZING location! The house is right on the main channel to watch the boats go by or the sunsets in the evening. The house layout is perfect for a family and friend's vacation. These 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are perfect for big and small groups.

Outdoor Details
BRAND NEW DOCK. Enjoy relaxing on the dock fishing or taking a swim in the lake. Dock is 16x24.

The deck faces the main channel and has seating to relax while enjoying a drink and a BBQ to grill your delicious food with your guests.

The cozy house will give you plenty of room to enjoy the lake life.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms will have clean linens and comforters. All rooms have ceiling fans.
-#1 Upstairs Bedroom with King Size bed and desk if you happen to work remotely.
-#2 Spacious Downstairs Bedroom with King size bed.
-#3 Downstairs Bedroom with Full Size bed + trundle twin on bottom.
-#4 Downstairs Bedroom with Bunk Beds with trundle, twin on top, full on bottom, and trundle twin plus 2 twin beds.

Bathroom
They come stocked with full-size dispensers of Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. Fluffy white towels are provided. 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bathrooms downstairs.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen including appliances, pots and pans, crockpot, blender, cooking, baking & dining utensils, essentials like coffee, tea, cooking spray, and basic cooking seasonings. The coffee machine has a Keurig, 12-cup drip coffee maker with filters. An 8-person dining table, and bar seating for 3.

Indoor Living Room
Sectional couch and recliner to relax on, while watching on a brand new 65in smart TV' with Roku. Guest are welcome to log in to their own accounts to stream the following services.

Sunroom/Bonus Room
The foosball table is always fun with the kids and a poker table for the adults to enjoy.
A futon is also available for guests to use as a bed.

UTILITIES & ACCESS
Full-size washer & dryer (laundry detergent provided), air-conditioning and central heating, ceiling fans, smart lock code system for no-contact entry. WIFI is fast and cell phone coverage is great.

SECURITY
Your safety matters. This property features exterior cameras. We have cameras covering the front door, driveway, both sides of the home, and the dock. They do not look into any interior spaces. In addition, the property includes smoke & carbon dioxide detectors. If there are any concerns, the host may contact you to make sure everything is okay. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.

PARKING
Designated parking for 5 vehicles and street parking.

Bringing a boat or renting one?
Please contact us if you plan on bringing a larger boat. We can also recommend nearby facilities to park your boat trailers. The nearest boat launch is 10 minutes by land or water located at Public Beach #2.

We're located in Osage Beach at the 18.5mm (mile marker) on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
*BY BOAT: Dog Days can be seen from the house and is a family-friendly pool bar/restaurant, Backwater Jacks is 3 coves away. Redheads Restaurant & Grill, Margaritaville, 1932 Reserve, MO State Park, Papa Chubby's, Shorty Pants, Paradise, Captain Ron's, Bear Bottoms plus many more.

*BY CAR: Dierbergs Market is a destination grocery store, just up the hill 2 minutes away. Bob's BBQ is located inside and is a local favorite. Pappos Pizza, Mama Cita's, Wacky Nacky Diner, Randy and Andy's Frozen custard, Wobbly Boots BBQ, Tirebiters Pub, Dog Days, Red Heads, Sergios Taqueria, 1932 Reserve, Backwater Jacks, plus much more. Our favorites are given in our digital guidebook. Walmart is minutes away along with Target, Dicks, the outlets, and many other shopping stores.

SUNSETS 4 Daze is a perfect choice for your lake getaway. The locations and views can't be beat. Osage Beach is the place to be and the heart of the lake. The Stunning Sunset Views will be memorable and breathtaking.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS PLEASE - We host plenty of bachelor and bachelorette groups. These rules are more for having large parties for guests that are not staying at the home - any additional guest not listed in the original booking will be subject to an extra $200 per person per night fee. Refusal to pay will result in eviction from the property without any refund.
Main channel can get busy on summer weekends and holidays.
PETS
There are NO unapproved pets allowed. Two dog limit. Dogs need to be well behaved and house trained and weighting 45lbs or less only. Please keep dogs off furniture.
If you bring an unapproved pet, please contact us for approval.
Note: There is a per stay pet fee of $150. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed and possible damage. We ask that you clean up after your pet. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be asked to pay $500. Refusal to pay will warrant immediate eviction of the property without any refund.
NO SMOKING
There is absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING,E-CIGS,OR DRUGS USE - PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME. If you smoke outside, please dispose of all trash properly.
NOTE: There is a minimum $500 fee if you smoke inside the house and smoking trash left on dock or around property.
