Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood.
A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests comfort. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request: -playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

Lovely place, clean and bright. In a central location across from the library and university, just a few blocks from the waterfront, parks and dining. Would definitely stay again.
We'd stay here again for sure. Great place and so close to so many things. Jeremy did a great job taking care of us and being available if we needed anything.
Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer and good blender and being within walking distance to so much. Would highly recommend.
The property was clean, tidy and quiet. Centrally located with a less than 15 minute walk to all locations downtown. An assortment of small grocery and liquor stores close by.

The property is very conveniently located for waterfront and downtown experiences. A very quiet building with indoor parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away in a quiet building for a peaceful stay. The unit was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need during our visit. Having parking included was a huge plus, especially in such a central area. Communication with the property manager was seamless—quick, clear, and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Very clean. Great location, easy walking to waterfront. Kitchen looked well stocked but we never cooked while we were there. It’s amazingly spacious, we were very comfortable. My only comment is that the dark blinds in the master bedroom weren’t flush to the walls and let in light at night.
Great place, exactly as advertised. Property manager was communicative and helpful. A repair was needed during our stay and the property manager had it fixed right away.

Check-in was clear and simple, due to communication with the owner, Jeremy. The kitchen is fully functional, with an adjoining laundry room. The bathroom, like the remainder of the suite, was spacious, clean and modern. We had all that we needed and more. Conveniently located, only about a 10-minute walk to the Halifax waterfront. Jeremy was especially helpful and very easy to reach.
Property was clean and well equipped. Location was fantastic. Our host Jeremy was helpful and always available. Had a problem with the listing that was NOT the fault of our host. The listing showed a 1 1/2 bathroom and there was only one. We would not have made this booking had we known. But for the bathroom situation, we would stay there again.
