The home was just as pictured. Very clean and comfy. Perfect for our three person stay. Would recommend and go back again parking is tight but that info was upfront. Again, I was very pleased with Jonathan’s home.

We were pleasantly surprised with a large variety of complimentary toiletries. When we reached out with a request, it was promptly delivered. Bonus... the check-out requirements were minimal, making packing up to depart, SO much easier!

Beautiful and comfortable home. We stayed here while enjoying an early Christmas with our family. The view is spectacular. We walked along the beach and collected sea glass every morning. The location is great as it is close to town. Beds were comfy. Good shower pressure. Comfy couch. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was advertised correctly as to the posted pictures, location, and cleanliness of the property. I wish the site had had a more extensive list of available kitchen and beach supplies. I packed things which were not needed, and would have appreciated a more complete list so I did not replicate items that were available but not listed. For people traveling outside the area they will appreciate how well stocked the kitchen is and the two kayaks, paddle board, wave board, multiple beach chairs, a couple of beach towels, and abundant kids sand toys. On the down side, the downstairs Queen bedroom has a sliding door which leaves gaps causing no sound barrier to kitchen and other downstairs noise. More bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths would have been appreciated. The downstairs guests had no private hand towels as the one hand towel was shared by all who used the common first floor bathroom. A towel bar is lacking in this bathroom. The beach is filled with small rocks in the sand and larger ones at the shoreline causing difficulty walking barefoot and entering the water. Beach shoes are recommended. The house is lovely, very clean with wonderful views, but there are a few tweaks needed inside and on the online site. I would not return to this property due to the rough beach which I cannot blame on the host! The beach cannot be changed.

Weekend Getaway

The house was a perfect place for our weekend getaway with friends. It was clean, up-to-date and comfortable. Plenty of room for the four of us to hang out, eat and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.

Festival weekend

Stayed here while attending the Soundside Fest. Perfect location to be away from the busy Bridgeport area. The water is right there and it’s the perfect space for a weekend get away.

Milford Beach house

Fantastic beach location in a beautiful, spotless home. Well stocked with everything you could possibly want, from cooking meals, enjoying the beach (chairs, kayaks) or just relaxing on the awesome deck.

The beach view was perfect.Rooms were as described.Unfortunately, there were no written instructions provided for our check out purposes. The host did not answer my queries in a timely fashion and some issues were never addressed. Knowing a head of time that the driveway could only fit 3 cars would have been helpful as there is no street parking allowed.
