Great Property! We loved our stay and the Chinese BBQ across the street is phenomenal. Also had a great time watching the World Cup at Gol. We fell in love with the neighborhood.

Good location near great restaurants and boutiques. We did notice fruit flies coming from the drain but otherwise very clean and as described with comfy beds. Check out was very simple and didn't require a bunch of chores. Just FYI there is a 40 non refundable deposit or 500 hold on your CC in addition to the up front pricing, plus you need to take pics of your ID and a selfie to get check in info. I was a little surprised by it so just something to be aware of.

Fantastic apartment / fantastic neighborhood!

Apartment just as described — a perfect home base for exploring Portland. We couldn’t have been happier, and the managers were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a confusing and slightly process to not receive any of the booking logistics from Expedia, but had to log into a different 3rd party app and was frustrated to be required to pay an additional deposit to a 3rd party or not be able to access any check-in information. While the apartment was clean, it had limited comfort amenities. There were no additional blankets or bedding, which would have been nice after a chilly night out. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole apartment for 3 people. Its uncomfortable to have to ration toilet paper usage. it was also very dark inside with limited extra lighting. However, it was a great location. A clean apartment that was nice for quick trip to Portland

The apartment is nestled in the Hawthorne neighborhood, 10 minutes or less to most things in Portland. The unit is clean, well furnished and enough for a short city break like the one our family and I took this week. The only downside was that right on the other side of the wall is a skate park (Commonwealth Skateboarding) which played rather loud music (on one night it was a full on 4 band death metal line up), which was a little irritating, especially when putting our 7 year old to bed.
