Please Note this home is available and was not damaged in the storm. STR is on hold for vacationers however the home is available for short term rental. Cozy Comfortable cozy home nestled in a peaceful setting with views of Bald Mountain Lake in awesome Rumbling Bald Resort with use of all Amenities. (Golf, Pools, Beach on Lake Lure, Hiking, SPA, Mini Golf, Exercise room etc....This 3-bedroom/3 Bath home with a bunkroom for extra space is perfect for your escape to Lake Lure. Home feels like your in a treehouse. Great for families, Couples, group trips, etc.... Home is fully stocked just bring your clothes/personal items and food. For those needing good strong internet you are covered. A few standouts for me are a Screen porch for morning coffee that is so peaceful. A Dinner table that seats 10 and a super cozy wood burning fireplace. Their is so much to do if you so choose. Hiking or walking Trails everywhere. Legends restaurant a .7 of a mile. Rumbling Bald beach for fun and relaxing, my children and Grands love. You can also take a Lake Lure boat tour directly from Rumbling Bald or rent kayaks. Great day trips (Asheville 37 miles), (Hendersonville 29 miles.). Chimney Rock (12 miles).

I Live in Charleston SC. I have been a Realtor for over 25 years. I love hanging with my Grandchildren, my family and traveling.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the idea that there was always something to do. Especially when you have a whole bunch of Grandchildren with you (Hence the name Grandville). I also come up for couple trips and girl trips. Its the best place to appease everyone. The resort takes such wonderful care of everything.
What makes this property unique
This house truly feels like your staying in a treehouse. A few extras we noticed if you are watching TV in the Den the people in the Living Rm watching TV cannot hear it and Vice versa. So many places to hang out outdoors. 5 options with decks, and porches. My awesome co-hosts who handle everything make this house uniquely awesome. Thanks you Daniel and Austin.
