Luxury villa in a gated community with spectacular views of Golf course and lake. The property is within walking distance of the beach and very close to some of the most luxurious hotels in the country. The property is one of the safest in the country and is guarded by the Golf Club security team 24/7. You will have a peaceful vacation, enjoy golfing and the finest beaches of Tunisia. Residents of the Villa have full access to the club house large swimming pool, Golf shop, restaurants and bars (1-2 mins walk from the Villa). You will also have access to all the amenities of neighboring luxury hotels within 5-10 mins walking distance from the property. The ruins of the ancient historic cities of Carthage, Sidi Bousaid and Marsa are just 5 miles away offering spectacular sea views, great Tunisian cuisine and a a variety of traditional shops.

Why they chose this property
We bought this property because its great location on the Golf of Gammrth and the easy access to the most touristic places in the coutry (La Marsa, Gammarth, Sidi Bou Said and La Goulette). The beach is walking distance from the villa. We have access to the Club house which has a large pool and several restaurant. This is a dream place if you are looking for a quiet vacation by the beach and you like golfing. This is the one of the most secure and safe places in the country.
What makes this property unique
You can gold anyttime. The Villa has a view on the first hole as well as the shooting range. You can walk to the Club house for dining or swimming. You are within walking distance to some of the best hotels in the area (Residence Hotel, Carthago etc ...)
