Welcome to our cozy three bedroom, two bath home located close to everything St. Clair has to offer! The St. Clair Riverfront, plaza, restaurants, shopping and City parks are all just blocks away! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home has a private fenced yard to enjoy from your two-tiered deck. Grab a coffee or tea from your coffee bar and enjoy a lazy morning!

Inside you will find an open floor plan that can easily accommodate a large family or group for a weekend getaway. A private master suite separate from the other two bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and double closets. The other two bedrooms share another full bath with a soaking tub. There is also an inflatable queen-sized air mattress available for use in the living room.

The interior spaces have been updated, including a renovated kitchen and both bathrooms. Furnishings, paint and flooring are fresh and new! All amenities you would expect you will find here-including Central air, various small appliances/kitchenware, and a stainless steel barbecue grill. Convenient 16x24 attached garage and off-street parking for 4 to 6 vehicles. Easy access to the St. Clair Bike Trail system just a few feet away. All bedrooms feature smart TVs, and the main living area includes a 65 inch big screen for game day or movie night. High speed WiFi included.

Amazing stay!!!

First impressions knock it out of the park! The home is cute, clean and smells so good when you walk in! It is our second stay do to repairs being done on our home and we couldn't ask for more. Great communication from the hosts, very easy to work with an VERY responsive! 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Bonnie & Eric ‘s home gave us some stability in a very stressful situation after our home was damaged by a contractor. It was clean, very well equipped for our long stay, and they were AMAZING! Great communication, made everything very easy! Great quiet neighborhood in a wonderful town with everything you need close by! We cannot express how pleased we were with everything about our stay!

More Then Just A Stay

From the absolute best host, to the location, to the nicely decorated home everything about this home was more then just a stay. The home provided everything you would want and need in a vacation home and more. I am a neat freak and let me say this home was clean and meticulously decorated. I can't say enough about Bonnie and Eric. They were GREAT! I highly recommend this home for a short or long term stay.
