Stunning, spacious 3bd condo with ocean views

Papakea E404 is a 4th-floor stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that boasts spectacular ocean views and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The nightly rate is based on 6 guests. Each additional guest will be charged $75 per person per night and is paid as part of the reservation total.

The main living area includes a queen sofa bed and vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable lanai is great for lounging morning or night and there is a window air conditioner in the main living area with ceiling fans in each room. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, new pots and pans, glassware, silverware, a coffee maker, a blender, and a 4-slice toaster—everything you need for a hassle-free vacation. The condo also offers an in-room washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king-size pillow-top bed, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom is upstairs in the loft and includes a new queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds, making this condo ideal for a group traveling together. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with walk-in tiled showers, clear glass enclosures, granite countertops, and new vanities.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Amy was amazing to work with. She was immediate in her responses and worked extra hard to get us a late check out. The condo was super clean with lots of beach gear. It was very nicely updated and decorated. Papakea is a secret gem in Hawaii and we loved every minute.

Graduation trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Papakea. We had 6 adults (me, my husband, two “kids” aged 18 and 20, and my sister-in-law and brother in-law). The layout was great and the location was wonderful! The view from the lanai was one of our favorite things🏝️🏊‍♀️🌊 The only request would be to upgrade the mattresses in the bedrooms as they were very soft. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. It is in a great location and a perfect size. My husband and I traveled with my 4 year old, 17 month old and my mother. We were all comfortable and her plenty of space. The condo is well stocked with pool toys, beach toys, and coolers. I can see us coming back to this condo again.

Great resort; great rental

Our family of six (3 generations) found this to be excellent accommodations for our 7-day stay. Everything we needed was provided by the owners. As Minnesotans, we found the rental to be very warm during our June stay, with the the single living room air conditioner unable to cool the entire unit. But frequent dips in the pool helped that situation, and we still loved it!

Family Holiday 2023

This is the third time we have stayed at Amy & Joe's Condo and as always everything was expected. The location is perfect, view is amazing, whale watching from the lanai is spectacular (no whale watching tour necessary), the condo was spotless and the check in /check out process a breeze. Excellent accomodations in Paradise!

We stayed at Joe and Amy's place in Maui. It is at the Papakea resort. It was wonderful. The place was very clean, they keep the grounds immaculate. The pool was so fun, and my wife and kids loved it! Amy was so great to work with and easy to get a hold of! We had zero issues, and loved every second. It was right by the ocean, maybe 100ft and we could hear the an see the waves! Great location! Loved it and would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful property and location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The additional touches like beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers etc really made our experience special.the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the resort was impeccable. and given this is covid-19 era, we found the cleanliness protocol and social distancing to be on point. We never felt at risk. The condo was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. And the linens were quite nice. We were very comfortable as a family. Hope to visit again!

Perfect location and amazing condo. We are from the East coast so our Maui vacation was a once in lifetime trip as travel time is so long and we couldn’t have been happier with this condo!! The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough to enjoy the quiet. I really appreciated that the resort had quiet hours which everyone respected. Having kids that needed their rest this was very important to us. The resort grounds were very well kept and the condo was as well and equipped with everything we needed. This condo definitely provided us with all we needed to make this trip a relaxing and most rememberable trip.

Simply Awesome!!!!

We spent 2 weeks recently in Maui staying at this condo, and it was perfect for us. We were an 8 person group with 4 adults and 4 kids. The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids, and gave them their own space. The amenities in the property were great, as we regularly used the boogie boards and beach chairs. The resort itself is perfect for what we wanted. We used the Tennis Courts, both pools, hot tubs and BBQs regularly. Papakea was also great for being central to Lahaina, Napili, Kapalua and Flemming beaches. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

Fabulous!

From start to finish this condo provided our family with a wonderful vacation! The location couldn’t be better situated at the West end of Maui. Stroll along the walking path that runs down to Black Rock and beyond. Great snorkeling and swimming at Airport Beach. Close to Lahaina but without the hubbub of a resort. Quiet and peaceful sunrise to sunset. The condo is in wonderful condition having just been remodeled. Great views from the great room and master bath. Plenty of room for everyone with the additional beds in the loft. PERFECT!

We (family of four adults, two children (12, 14)) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very nice, well equipped unit with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The views of the ocean and gardens are excellent and the orientation (NW) provides shade in the afternoon which is a plus. We did a lot of cooking and found everything needed to do so. Unit has many beach supplies (chairs, boggie boards, coolers, etc.) and the owner is very responsive to any queries/need. We have stayed at Papakea many times over the years and this is the nicest 3 bedroom that we've rented---it could easily accommodate 6 adults and two children or other combinations there-of. One can walk to shopping including a major grocery store (Times), a Farmer's market, Snorkel Bob's, ABC, and other shopping. Beach access to the south and lots of board walk or sidewalks to run on. Overall, excellent value and owners were delightful to deal with. We would definitely rent this unit again when we need a 3-bedroom. Papakea as a resort is first-class, impeccably kept with very friendly desk staff. The buildings have undergone major exterior renovation (now complete). It also offers many amenities if one wants to use them---this can be particularly attractive for younger families.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for the price and what we were looking for compared to a hotel. We were traveling with a large family(my family, sisters family & decided to bring along our mom & sisters mom-n-law (4 adults & 3 kids 10,8,2). We were nervous about booking a private home vs a hotel since you hear horror stories. This condo was a great choice. It was comfy, clean and had all necessities needed to wash, cook, bake or BBQ. With the young kids, a pool was also a must. My favorite was the view. It was beathtaking to wake up and enjoy the view of ocean while drinking our coffee in the morning on the Lanai/balcony. We also had the view to the pool. I was very impressed how well maintained the premises are kept. I enjoyed all the beautiful flowers & tropical plants around. This is what adds to the "your on vacation" feeling. We also enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets on the lawn. The LOCATION is perfect. We drove next door to Kannapali Beach and thanks to the ammenities from condo (beach towels, boogie boards, ice chest etc...) we had a picnic and went snorkeling. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. Condo is close to it all, shopping, beaches, grocery store, restaurants, Snorkel Bob's to rent gear. Will definitely be staying again in the future. We all had a wonderful lifetime of memories. Owners were so nice and checked up on us. Thank you!!

Great Family Trip

First impressions... Awesome view, Great facility. The condo was the perfect mix of well maintained grounds with views of the Ocean, Pool and Beach. The condo was a great size for 2 couples and adult children. Walkable to several attractions as well as food, shopping and scooter rentals. The on site staff was super helpful and friendly. Your kitchen was well stocked with appliances and implements. The pools were super clean, the BBQs were plentiful cleaned daily. Just the right mix of fun and relaxation... Simply Amazing!!!

This was probably the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Joe and Amy’s place was what we imagined- peaceful and quiet. We were able to enjoy the beauty from the balcony that continued to the waters edge and beyond. From snorkeling the shallow reef with turtles and fish to the comforts that felt like home- this was paradise. Family vacation

This condo is exactly what we needed for our big family. Besides the condo being perfect the grounds at Papakea are beautiful with everything being walking distance from food trucks, ABC store to a super nice beach just steps away. Thank you Amy for letting us stay there. Hope to see you soon Maui.
