This upscale beach house is perfectly perched on a dune across from the Grand Haven State Park beach.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen opening to sunny living and dining areas. The family room expands to the front enclosed sunroom and opens to the expansive deck complete with panoramic views. Head up the stairs to find two guest bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a twin over full bunk. These rooms share a full bathroom. The large primary suite can be found on this level as well with a queen bed, panoramic lake views and an en suite bath.

PARKING
Guests are provided with two parking spaces - depending on the size of the vehicle and how close you park, you might get 3. Guests are responsible for locating overflow parking for any additional vehicles.

THE LOCATION
You're only steps away from the sandy beach and shoreline. The best part is, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Enjoy walking to the pier and lighthouse or bike the boardwalk to downtown Grand Haven. Downtown is 1.3 miles away and has a wide variety of great restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops and a new social district.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Location and view to love

The property is on a quiet street right above the beach, with lovely views from lake. It’s furnished well and very comfortable for a vacation stay. It has everything one could need - BBQ, patio, full kitchen, modern paths, etc. It’s super clean! Communication with owners and check in was super easy. Well maintained property. We really enjoyed it! One minor detail - the two bedrooms on the upper floor are a bit on the smaller size, even thought they still offer comfortable beds, closets, shelf space. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful view, nice off-season location

The booking process was smooth and check-in with an emailed code was easy. The place was very clean and looked as good as the pictures. It is an old cottage that has been very nicely redone. The location was across from the beach and close to town (the parking is actually on Edwards, even though the address is on Harbor). We were here mid-week, late September and it was quiet, but would probably be noisy in the summer. Parking was right in front so there were only two steps.
