Fantastic cabin with a great layout especially the bedrooms on the second floor. The pool was a big hit and bigger than expect we also appreciated the bathroom in the pool room! The location was perfect for us not too long of a drive up the mountain and an easy drive to town. Of we had to be picky the video games and BBQ have seen better days but did appreciate the fact the BBQ was connect to the houses propane supply so any worry about running out. I also appreciate that they drain the hot tub between each guest.This was the first time I had personally rented from VROB or any other service like this so maybe I am just unfamiliar with the process but there is a lot of paperwork and rules, like a lot. While I get it they are there because some people suck it was just something I had never experienced something like that.We went with another family and we are all ready discussing coming back next year the kids absolutely had a blast and so did the adults.

Great cabin! Had plenty of kitchen utensils etc.The cabin itself, very roomy. But it wasn’t clean. We made it ok, but I miles the owner is probably paying good money, but they need to check behind. Several places that caught my eye had not been dusted in a while, one being sides of refrigerator. In the main bedroom, the sheets had stuff on them and then when I stripped the bed to leave for the cleaners the mattress cover had not been washed in a good while. I was stunned.There was not a broom of any sort on the premises, or we would have swept. 10 people in and out brings stuff in and like I said we would have swept had we had a broom.We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay even though we did have these issues.

Nice Cabin!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was as pictured, very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Host was responsive. Kids loved the theater and the games downstairs. WiFi worked great for our stay I was able to get some work done. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even got to see a bear on the first day!

Great Stay!

The cabin was wonderful. It was clean, well stocked and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool and pool table. Beds were comfortable. We also seen a family of bears which was neat. I don't have any negative things to say about the whole experience.We will be back, Lord willing.

We will most definitely return in the future. Amazing indoor pool was perfect for our two kiddos. They had a blast. We also used the theater on night and rented a movie which was fantastic.

Our experience here was wonderful and we would love to stay with Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins again. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and they were very quick to respond and get everything fixed. The indoor pool, arcade room and theater in this cabin rental made the experience so much fun! The views from the balconies were gorgeous and everything was very clean. The setting was private, but still a short drive from all the things. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay!

We loved staying here. The location was great, the house was absolutely amazing! It was so nice staying here for a week. The movie room, the game room, the back decks, everything was great. We saw bears twice!! Beware though, they mean it when they say lock the doors because one got into my car and stole a pack of sunflower seeds hahaha. We got pictures and video of it, thankfully he didn’t even leave a scratch but it just shows how smart they are! The cons… which is why I gave this 4/5 stars is the cleanliness of the floors. Everything else was very clean but the floors were not. After walking around for two hours in bare feet my feet were black! I took a picture even! There were hairs and dirt and clearly they hadn’t really been cleaned. Under the couch had dust and trash and dirt. Sticky floors near the trash can, etc. I did let the owners know afterwards so I’m sure that’ll be addressed. Only other negative that’s not really is my kids said the pool was way too cold to swim in, that being said I didn’t personally get in. Overall would 100% stay here again! Beautiful house with plenty of space!

While I understand in a perfect world that the phone call shouldn't be necessary. Anyone can have an off day at work including our Housekeepers.
