My family was very happy staying at this property. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace with a cooler knot in September. The children enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I would stay at this property again.

Very clean! Having the pool was helpful in keeping our 4 grandsons entertained. Roasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire place was a major hit as well. Over closeness to all activities was wonderful .

My family of 7 adults and 3 small children just had the most wonderful vacation in Pigeon Forge! The home couldn't have been more perfect. Plenty of room and activities for everyone. We all enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, large deck with fire place as well as the huge fire pit. The home couldn't have been more accommodating. It has EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation. We are already making plans to return next year! And, I have to mention Ashley, the Operations Manager. Thank you for being so kind and going out of your way for me and my family. We all enjoyed the hot rub

I rarely give 5 out of 5 ratings, I wish I could give this a 6! 40th anniversary trip, with both of my kids families, 6 adults and 6 grandkids. Everyone absolutely loved this house, the pool was perfect for the kids, the adults all loved the hottub and the outside deck, TV and fireplace. Kitchen was very well equipped and functional. We had an issue with a broken lock, contacted host, 10 minutes till maintenance man 1 came and diagnosed, 2nd maintenance man shows up 15 minutes later with a new lock. The second guy, Chuck, was unbelievable, installed the lock while giving us a multitude of local advice and even wishing my granddaughter happy birthday!As a bonus surprise,we had a full grown male black bear show up 4 out of our 5 nights!!! Right in the side yard eating acorns. The gentle giant was a massive hit with the entire party,especially the kids.Without any doubt we will be back. Best vacation ever.

Everything was clean and as pictured. It accommodated 2 families with kids, and everyone was always entertained without having to leave the cabin. Definitely recommend! We will stay here again.

This home has everything you could ask for. My family used the pool and hot tub daily. We had a cookie competition bake off at the huge island.We had a fire every night and smores and stories and lots of love waa had by all. Definitely is everything it says it is!!

Phenomenal haven to enjoy. Everything is set up to really enjoy hanging out, as well as offering swimming, ping pong, shooting pool and watching movies in a theater setting. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is an easy drive to all the action offered in the area, yet has some wonderful morning walks. Highly recommend!

Lovely property but….

While the property was lovely it definitely needed a bit of a deeper clean and some upkeep. The pool which was the main reason we picked this property was broken/no heat for our entire visit. While the property manager was very attentive and had 3 separate people to come look at this problem it was never resolved while we were there. When we opened the oven to use it there were 2 sweet potatoes left in there I can only assume from the previous visitors. That tells me the cleaners never even opened it to clean. Like I said a lovely property but just needs a bit of work.
