The house is ideal for couples, families and older people who seek an enjoyable and relaxing vacation in a natural & seaside environment, as it is located very close to whatever you need while -simultaneously- far enough from anything noisy or disturbing! The neighborhood.

The neighborhood is quiet, with traditional houses and hotels of Cycladic architectural style where the blue & white colour combination, dominates. At a distance of 100 to 200m you can find: mini market/grocery, grill house ("souvlaki" restaurant), restaurants & fish taverns, cafes/bars, bakery, souvenir/jewelry/clothing stores, ATM, car/scooter rental agency, free parking lots, bus stop/service, 2 beaches (a large and a little one) etc.

TIP • You can also take advantage of your stay at our villa in a smart way; you can use it as a base (too) for visiting other popular Greek islands such as Naxos, Santorini, Mykonos, Delos, Koufonissia and Antiparos! One-day cruises (with round trip ticket) depart from Piso Livadi marina every day, which means that you can return to the villa on the same day late in the afternoon!

PLEASE NOTE • A "climate crisis resilience fee" of 15€/night has been imposed to us by the Greek Govt. According to guidelines it has to be paid separately after the guest's check-in. The guest will get a receipt for this fee's payment.
