Everything was great, clean and cozy . The pool was out of order however the other wing thankfully was opened and it is a price of 12 per person just in case folks need the price points . Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful stay at Casa Idlewild! Clean, very comfortable. Loved this chalet. Very pet friendly, loved the setup for the dog area made things easy and convenient. The yard was great! So many deer in the area! The host Jenny was a delight. Answered all questions quickly. The whole process was smooth and easy! Will definitely book again!

Communication with owner was great. House was clean and good location. Note: No Washer/Dryer On Site! If you plan on staying more than a couple of days and/or doing dirty outside activities, plan accordingly. The backyard was spacious and backed up to woods. We could seen wildlife in the morning. As is most houses in the area this is in an ‘Owners Association’ (gated) community; you will need to fill out a Temporary Rental Agreement. We enjoyed our stay and Tobyhanna

Very nice place. Very clean. Easy to get too. Great location because pretty close to everything and all shopping. Very quiet neighborhood so you can sleep peacefully. The Hist Jenny is very responsive and helpful and quick in responding via text service on app. Would definitely stay again.

I will stay at Castle Idlewild was wonderful. Everything was perfect. I would say the only thing that they lacked in was we had to fill up the tub 2 to 3 times with hot water so we can sit and soak in the tub for relaxation which was so wonderful truly recommend this jewel to everyone.

The house was very clean, and the host was great! Just FYI there is no A/C in the upstairs bedroom, so if your staying during the summer it can get a little warm, and to get a pool pass it is 12 a person per day.

We enjoyed our stay! We even had some snow to make it more.magical. our daughter was so excited to play in the snow as well as our two mini schnauzers. Had everything we needed and the cabin stayed nice and warm!

This home is so cozy and absolutely beautiful! Perfect location near Poconos! We had an awesome weekend skiing and this home is located 30 minutes or less to resorts, shops and restaurants! Jenny is a great host and was very flexible. She was kind and caring. We enjoyed our stay! The beds were slightly uncomfortable because they were quite firm. But that is just a personal preference. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay near the Poconos! Would definitely book again!

We can hang out at home or partake in one of the many activities nearby. The community is surrounded by nature and near a state park. There are lots of amenities in the community and attractions nearby. Whether you're active and/or like to relax with a glass of wine you can do it all.

What makes this property unique

The yard leads into a state park, guaranteeing privacy except for the occasional deer that likes to wander through the property. There are plenty of board games to keep a group entertained for hours, and outdoor games can be played on the lawn.
