Seaway 5 is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean block condo that sleeps 6. Bed sizes include a 2 queens and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
One half block to the beach. Convenient mid town location, convenient to restaurants and shops. Unit includes full kitchen, washer, dryer, 3 TVs and 2 parking spots. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Overall very spacious but a bit smelly, had to buy candles, and not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Price was great.

Great location

Great location, beach is not crowded in this area at all. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Wasn’t the cleanest, floors felt sticky and kitchen had a musty smell but overall we were happy

Excellent location

Everything was really great. There were a few minor things. The “pull out couch” is more like a futon and not a queen, more between a twin and full. It worked, but would of been better to know ahead of time. I did call prior to arriving because it didn’t say anything about an iron or blender (I’m a blender person), and I figured I’d ask because I could just bring mine. I was told they had both, but there was an ironing board, no iron and no blender. Luckily my daughter wasn’t coming till the next day and brought mine. But just make sure you have what you need, better to be safe than sorry. Everything else was great!
