Second floor unit on the ocean front JUST steps to the beach, and close to restaurants, buses and 27 blocks from boardwalk.
Unit is fully tiled with 8X32 inch porcelain tile that give the appearance of distressed wood

MASTER BR with king size bed, reclining chair with otterman custom bedding, art work, flat TV, bright wicker, ceiling fan, with windows overlooking the ocean, and sliding glass doors to the balcony.
Full tiled Master bath with sliding doors

SECOND TILED BATH ROOM with sliding glass doors and nicely decorated.

SECOND BR with Queen bed and Single, with bright wicker furnishings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and separate VCR.
NOTE; RENTER TO PROVIDE LINENS & TOWELS.

UTILITY ROOM with brand new (2026) stackable washer dryer.

NEW KITCHEN with granite counter tops, electric stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, deep sink w/garbage disposal, dishwasher, electric toaster oven and well stocked cabinets.

LR/DR with WIFI, 2 recliners, flat TV, art work, couch, kitchen table for 6, 3 bar stools, ceiling fan, walled mirrors and magnificent view of the ocean.
We only rent to Families or groups. We do not rent to groups under 25years old unless accompanied by a family member or guardian 24/7 and DO NOT RENT TO STUDENTS.

Clearly marked parking space, easy beach access, and clean space. Perfectly spaced between bus stops along the main strip of Ocean City. My partner and I stayed here while we attended Ocean's Calling music Festival, and it was perfect. Central to everything, but the best part is the balcony to listen to the waves at night.

If you were planning on bringing xtra people to sleep on the couch which is not an "open bed couch" you should have checked with us in advance. I do not understand why you did not bring the cleaning issue to our attention during your stay when it could have been easily resolved. Giving us un unfair review of 6/10, after you checked out was totally unacceptable.. I checked the reviews of the 3 renters prior to yours and they were all 10/10. Great property

The location is amazing and no noice except the sound of the ocean and seagulls. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed (except sheets and towels- which the listing says). I will definitely come back.

Clean and cozy

Our stay was great. The condo was as described odor, but very clean great view from the balcony easy beach access. The only thing I would possibly recommend would be to add curtains or blinds. It does get pretty bright in the a.m. but that’s just more of a preference.

Solid two br on the beach. Good beach access Good doors. Fatal flaw — there is an exposed electrical outlet without a cover on the mirrored wall. It’s hard to see but my 15 month old granddaughter saw it and put her fingers into the outlet. It MUST be repaired.LR curtains are missing five panels. This lets full sunlight into the living room in the morning and a lack of privacy in the evening. Curtains there are cheap and need to be upgraded.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

Perfect 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with all the conforts of home and plenty of room to hang out. The view of the ocean was amazing and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants!

Right on the beach

The location is terrific, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious enough to have all of my family together for several meals. The shower in the master is very nice for cleaning up after a day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Boca Grande.

Perfect family friendly location

This was perfect for my family. Love the beach access and the view. The laundry was a great bonus and everything was just as expected. There were even a couple boogie boards for the kids.

Can't beat the location

Stayed here with my family for a week and it was the perfect beach rental for us. You're literally steps from the beach and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. The space and accommodations were what we expected based on the pictures. Would definitely recommend and we'll certainly consider staying here again in the future!

Why they chose this property

We have owned this property since 1973 and have seen many changes in Ocean City, Md. Our children and grand children have grown up at the beach and on the ocean and are now spending time raising their families in other states, but we still love Ocean City

What makes this property unique

The building has 30 units and you can walk to the 2nd floor or take the elevator. We have had renters from Conn, Dela , Fla, Ind, Illinois, Mass, Mizzouri, Md, NC, NY, WV, Oh, Pa. RI, Va and Toronto, Canada that come and enjoy the privacy of a small building right on the beach with assigned parking. There are many owners that do not rent, but have enjoyed a long friendship with owners and our renters.
Easy access to every thing in Ocean City walking, by bus, by bike or car
