The villa features 4 bedrooms—3 with queen beds and 1 with a queen bunk bed—providing ample space for you and your guests. There are 4 bathrooms for convenience, along with an additional office space and a twin bed for those needing to catch up on work. Enjoy modern amenities such as WiFi, laundry facilities, AC, and more, ensuring a comfortable stay. Recently beautifully renovated, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

This three-story home includes a large queen bedroom in the newly finished basement with a separate TV viewing area, along with 3 bedrooms and a separate office suite on the second floor. The master bathroom features a full bath and separate shower, with a half bath on the main level and a large walk-in shower in the basement. The kitchen's breakfast area offers patio and garden views, with Dutch doors leading to an outdoor seating area featuring a table, chairs, and BBQ grill. The kitchen itself is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, French door refrigerator with ice maker, granite countertops, and professional-grade appliances. The dining room comfortably seats 8-10 people, while the living room features a cozy sofa and fireplace, with Roku access. Unique Barloga-designed round doors in the living room lead to a beautiful outdoor covered loggia/porch area with garden views.
