Welcome to MaineStay! The beauty of the Abacos, and all the fun of HopeTown is waiting for you at this classic Bahamian 3-bedroom cottage.

Situated on the serene "North End", MaineStay is an idyllic vacation rental that promises a tranquil escape. Short sandy paths lead to both the Atlantic and Sea of Abaco beaches. Nathan's Beach offers a wonderful calm shallow entry perfect for kids, launching paddle boards or kayaks, or just snorkeling around. It is all still just a quick golf cart ride to Hope Town for shopping, dining and entertainment.

The property offers a serene laid back stay. You'll find everything you need including laundry, outdoor shower, and a spacious deck for lounging, grill, and dining. We did not forget about back up generator, quick WiFi, large flat screen TV and Sonos system to ensure time to relax and unwind.

The property offers plenty of outdoor space including parking AND access to a community dock accommodating boats up to 32 feet on a first come first serve basis.
So come by boat, or rent when you arrive and experience the incredible waters and beaches of our lovely Abaco Islands!

Designed to comfortably sleep 8 guests, this beautifully appointed home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups seeking a luxurious island getaway. Professionally designed and tastefully furnished, this property is a perfect escape for all.

The Cottage features a Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent bath. The Cupola Bunk Room has 2 full beds with Twin Trundles and ensuite bath. The 3 bathrooms are complete with showers and amenities providing ample space for everyone, and don't forget the Outdoor Shower!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, an island with seating, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast table. Perfect for preparing meals and enjoying family time blending seamlessly into the open concept living room with shiplap walls throughout, offering a bright and airy ambiance.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please remove all trash from cottage and place in large outdoor bins
Strip bed linens and combine with other laundry such as towels
Please load and start dishwasher and remove any food items from refrigerator or cupboards
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Admin Fee of 10% will be added to the Rental based on total rental cost(# of days times base rental rate). Calculated at time of booking.

Amazing home and location

I traveled with my two children 9 and 6 and was looking for a remote island with a small town and peace. I found it in Elbow Cay and our home the “Maine stay”. The home was exactly as presented on Vrbo and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a short ride to town and centered between two amazing beaches . We will certainly be back and can’t wait for more days in the elbow cay paradise
